I have stayed in wanda hotels several times before. I feel that this time was probably the best experience I have had thus far at Wanda hotels.The room was very clean and the checkin process was flawless. I feel the front of house staff are very polite and welcoming. I was made aware of the opening times of gym and pool etc. Overall,a really pleasant experience.

The hotel was really nice we enjoyed the breakfast but unfortunately, they did not provide any toothpaste or toothbrushes. There was no blow dryer, and the bathroom was a bit unclean and the bathroom door was not closing very well. It kept opening whenever we tried to close it. 

Service is excellent, the hotel is next to a big shopping mall which is very convenient

The hotel respect the level and quality of Wanda hotels . Service acceptable . Clear and precise but quite missing warmth . Hotel a bit oldish on the rooms but good standards clean. Suggested for staying in Jinhua for quality / price .

It was amazing

The hotel is luxurious and has plenty of parking spaces. However, if you want to park in the underground parking lot, you cannot drive to the lobby entrance. You must turn right after entering the auxiliary road and go to the underground parking lot. Otherwise, you have to drive out and circle back. The room is comfortable and soundproofed, and there is no noise in the room next to the elevator. The breakfast is very rich, but it may not be closed in time due to insufficient staff during the National Day. Although the swimming pool is not big, it is quite clean.

The window is very small, the landline in the room is useless, I have to use my own mobile phone to call the front desk, and it is hard to understand why the trash can in the bathroom uses a flip-top lid. The toilet garbage will definitely dirty the lid, and the key is that it is not cleaned, it is disgustingly dirty. The outdoor temperature has dropped, but the indoor temperature in the room is 26 degrees with or without the air conditioner. It was hot and stuffy at night, so I called the front desk to ask for the air conditioner. After a while, the temperature came down. In the second half of the night, the hotel air conditioner host was turned off again. I woke up directly at four or five o'clock due to the heat. The room soundproofing is also very poor. In the morning, the waiter knocked on the door of the next room and it was like knocking on my door. The room next door kept opening the door from 6 to 8 in the morning to talk and it was like talking in my ear. The door closer is very heavy, and the sound of closing the door is very loud every time. There are people living around, so you can imagine that there is a "bang" from time to time in the morning... Wanda's service and hardware are really bad.

The hotel facilities are very complete, clean and comfortable, especially the front desk Xiao Yan, who is gentle and patient, and also gave children breakfast coupons. The hotel has simple transportation, and Wanda Business District is just outside the door, with all-inclusive food, drink and entertainment.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from various attractions, and very convenient for travel. It is very close to both the light rail and the train station. The hotel has a free gym and swimming pool. The room is clean and bright, especially the service of Kay at the switchboard.

Very good hotel, take the kids to Shuanglong Cave, it's very close. Guzicheng is also nearby, the lights are beautiful at night. The hotel swimming pool is very clean, the kids go there every day and have a great time! Breakfast is also good, you can go to Wanda nearby.
