Staying at the hotel during a weekend of busy paperwork and dealing with documents was the best choice, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was extremely clean and well prepared to host visitors. Totally recommending it, the location is awesome and nearby the beautiful downtown area.

The hotel provides good value for money. Maybe one suggestion is that they can.invest in better coffee making machine such as Nespresso or Tassimo as their coffee isn't so great during breakfast. Overall nice hotel for what you pay.

Hotel is fine for 1 or 2 nights. Hotel is quite old, however very clean. It's close to downtown. Staff don't speak English, however willing to help. We used translater app 😄

Awful hotel. Even in the "best" room of the hotel it was still really old and filthy. I felt uncomfortable staying, they changed my room twice and it was still not very good. Possibly consider renaming worst western?

The decoration of the whole hotel is too old. It can be said that it looks bright and beautiful from a distance, but it is unimaginable only when you enter it. I thought that the landscape room can see the panorama, but the guest room is only 4-8 floors. The equipment and facilities in the room are too old, the lighting control is only one size fits all, one button turns off all, if you want to dim it, you can only feel in the dark. The water temperature in the bathroom of room 420 was not enough, and the temperature of the air conditioner could not be turned on. Later, room 417 was changed. Let’s talk about the hotel’s breakfast again. The front desk explained that breakfast is not dine-in, and the waiter will deliver it to the room, but we have children, and the phone and the restaurant asked if we can have 3 copies. Another person answered the phone and said that there were only 2 servings, and that an extra serving would cost extra. From this point of view, the management was chaotic. We can eat enough at dine-in, but the packaged delivery can only fill our stomachs, and we still refuse to add an extra portion. The motor table in Figure 1 looks dirty. There is still a lot of garbage left under the sofa, which is very disgusting (forgot to take pictures at the time) The corners of the picture 2 are full of shell skin. 3 In the picture, room 420 was changed to room 417 because the air conditioner was not heating. The figure shows that 22 degrees is the display at 7 o'clock the next morning after a night of sleep. It can be seen that these rooms have air conditioning problems. In short, this time I stayed in a hotel that looked tall and upscale, but the result was far inferior to the Express Hotel. The room rate was 374 yuan, which did not reflect the value at all.
