The facilities are good, but the service is 0. I don't want to return to this hotel.

I made a reservation after seeing it as a close and comfortable place for a business trip. The location was good and it was quiet and I really liked it. I will use it again next time

After a comfortable and pleasant Chuseok holiday, I am writing a review on my way to Seoul. It was a hotel that left me with good memories!! Highly recommended!^^

Quite a simple number. Located in a quiet residential area. There is a large shopping center nearby.

first. Not a hotel. Different from the exterior view shown in the photo. The interior is also about 50% smaller in size. The level makes it difficult for people to move around the room. I checked on the phone and requested a river view and a city view, but both rooms were blocked by the building in front so I couldn't see anything. No breakfast either. There was no prior notice about breakfast not being served. A place that will never come again. The image of pearls itself has deteriorated. Since I was traveling with a dog, I had no choice but to come. The additional cost for a 2.5kg non-barking Maltese is 50,000 won.... A place where there is nothing I don’t like. I came the day before because my son was enlisting in the Air Force. I wanted to spend time alone with my family. zero. This is not it

인덕션이 있는걸 봐서 레지던스 호텔? 인듯 싶어요 물론 쓸 수는 없었구염 테이블이 없어서 불편했고, 청결은 조금 미흡합니다. 카펫도 먼지가 많고 화장대나 세면대에 머리카락이 있었어요ㅜ 모시고 온 손님과 제가 그렇게 예민한편은 아니라 오히려? 다행이였습니다^^; 그래도 화장실 곰팡이는 없어서 좋았습니다 창밖으로 보는 진주 풍경도 나쁘지 않았구요 방음은 조금 취약한 편입니다. 새벽에도 문소리와 떠드는 소리에 깼어요 그래도 이 방 크기에 가격이 좋아서 다음번에 또 올 생각입니다!

주차공간이 엄청 좁아 운전이 미숙한 사람은 지하주차장을 들어갈 수가 없응. 시설 관리나 써비스는 주인이 없는듯한 관리수준이었음.

진주에 머무르게 되면 늘 다시 찾는 곳입니다. 주변 소음이나 오염이 없어 쾌적한 숙면을 취하기에 좋은 곳이에요
