Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

The hotel Is really close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Park. The hotel was really good at helping us to get a 6-seater that pick us up from the Zhengjiangguan train station. We also got the driver to bring us to Huanglong below getting to Jiuzhaigou. Having McDonalds right at the front was amazing for our kids who are not a fan of spicy food that the adults love!

The hotel is definitely my choice when I go to Jiuzhaigou again. Most staff, including the young guys who shuttled us between room and front desk/restaurant, were very friendly and helpful. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were all very nice and offered to help. The Concierge manager Jacky Zhang always replied to WeChat requests on a timely basis and made us feel most welcome when saw us in person. We stayed there for 4 nights and some staff recognized us and remembered our room number! They were all super friendly when we chatted with them. On the other hand, staff in the dinner restaurant 炙 are not too helpful or cheerful and need more training to improve the service. The hotel entrance was not always manned including when we arrived. More staff would be needed to ensure timely assistance for arriving guests. Our suite was spacious and at this time of the year could see a snow capped mountain outside the room's windows. The walk-in closet was a bit small relative to the size of the suite, but could accommodate one large open luggage and one small open one. The door of the washroom near the room's entrance was so heavy it was not possible to use that washroom. The nearby walk-in closet door was also super heavy, in any case, once our large luggage is open, that door became jammed by the luggage and could not be open, so we ended up using the entrance from the other side (the bedroom side). A cab ride to the scenic area took 20 minutes and some 42 Reminbi, that saved us the trouble of trying to find a car park at the scenic area where parking spaces were very limited. Many cabs also awaited tourists outside the scenic area when we were finished sight seeing for the day so there was no problem with getting back to the hotel. We dined at the hotel”s dinner restaurant twice and the food was alright though a bit on the high end according to mainland China's standard and for that yet to improve level of service. We were not offered a menu on the first day of buffet breakfast, but on subsequent days we were offered to choose additional items including different egg preparation, congees, noodles, etc. described in the menu. The breakfast restaurant was a bit small so tables were rather near one another, but we went at off peak hours so that was acceptable. There were enough varieties to keep us satisfied but must say not enough varieties for a 5-star hotel; in particular, there was only one type of salad leaf. The bath tub made a loud strange noise after use. We had to unplug from the electric socket to stop the intermitten loud wind blowing noise. That was reported to the front desk when we checked out, but somehow my communication in poor Putongua mixed with English terms was misunderstood by the front desk initially. All in all, I selected Jiuzhaigou Conrad after reviewing the choices carefully, and I still think this is probably the best choice for my needs. Will stay here again next time!

The hotel is in a scenic and quiet location. Rooms are clean. Services are great. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. The reasons for recommendation are as follows: ⚓️🎢Location & Tour It is a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, so we booked this hotel after visiting Jiuzhaigou. After all, it is still a little far from the entrance of the valley... The hotel is in Huamei Shengdi Scenic Area, so we arranged a tour of Zhongchagou the next day. The experience can be rated full marks💯 🏔️🏯Environment & Facilities The design of Hotel Indigo is a highlight. I have been to Hotel Indigo in Shanghai before and it has a strong sense of design. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area. It is great, and there are themed artworks everywhere 🎈🛍️Service The hotel provides butler service, Andy Hu provided a lot of help, thank you very much, helped to delay the check-out, arranged the hotel's travel photography activities, very satisfied 👍 The service staff encountered during the stay were very sincere, very nice and responsive, thumbs up 👍 🏮🎁Food & Food Dinner: Experienced the ******* stone pot chicken, the price is not cheap but the taste is superb, waited for a long time, but the moment I ate the food was really super satisfying, the chicken was very tender, the soup base was also very rich, the dipping sauce was amazing, both spicy and non-spicy tastes are delicious, highly recommended Breakfast: You must try breakfast, it's too rich, tried all kinds of local food, I like yak yogurt + tsampa + honey bread the most, the honey is still hanging on the board of honey 🍯, pure and original ecology Help improve some small suggestions: 1. The hotel restaurant displays cultural and creative products for sale. Although they are beautiful, I have no desire to buy them. A bag costs more than 100 yuan, which feels like a robbery.

This hotel was absolutely fine considering it's purpose as somewhere close to the scenic spot, however I expected more from the Hilton name. When we arrived, we came with two Chinese friends who had separate rooms (so three rooms total). There were three staff on reception but instead of doing all three room check-ins at once, we had to wait. Then, the staff immediately spoke to my Chinese friends about our booking, completely ignoring us (foreigners). I've lived in China for four years, I've managed to book myself into every hotel up to now and found them quite rude. Even my Chinese friends said they were rude for doing this. The hotel room is nice and clean but once again, the hotel feels quite basic considering it's Hilton. The gym is small but usable however children come in and play in there. The breakfast is fine. Overall, the hotel is okay but if I was here again I'd probably consider elsewhere.

Sorry, my conclusion after spending two days and two nights in a hotel: the lingering luxury hotel on the top of the mountain is not worth visiting on a cloudy and cold day. The only highlight is the magnificent mountain view and the service attitude is pretty much up to Banyan Tree standards. I'm the biggest fan of secluded paradise and a big fan of Banyan Tree. I took the high-speed rail to Songpan (because I couldn’t buy a ticket for Huanglong Jiuzhai Station), and then the driver drove for three and a half hours to reach this deserted Cloud Hotel. When I arrived at the front desk, it was deserted. The entire hotel looked like an abandoned grand hotel. It was very grandly designed, but it was too big and impractical. It lacked the low-key luxury of a high-end hotel. It is said that the hotel was originally designed to serve golf clubs. After the golf course was forced to stop, it has not been able to find its correct position. The former glory has become a deserted place today. We had three or four meals in the restaurant in a row. The food was good, the price was reasonable, and the service was attentive. The chef also kindly came over to chat. Just because it was cold and there was no heating, the dishes got cold quickly. I feel chilly even after eating - for someone like me who is afraid of the cold, this is an absolute no no. The kind of seclusion I want requires warmth and meticulous service, which is worthy of traveling long distances. But not here - the management seems to have given up and only the minimum level of staff is retained, which is understaffed. 🥲I can’t even turn on the heating, all the facilities are not available, the swimming pool and spa are closed, I can’t even play table tennis in the billiards room without shaking, it’s miserable. It is conceivable that my disappointment is not ordinary. The only advantage is the cloud view, the so-called Little Switzerland - sorry, Cingjing, Taiwan is even smaller than Switzerland. Haizi in the back, maybe because it was cloudy, was not very impressive. There was also a lot of man-made garbage, paper towels, plastic bags, cigarette butts, etc., which was very eye-catching. For the sake of civilized layout, photos that may be offensive to the eyes will not be posted. Too much to complain about, but there are also bright spots. They are the staff in the hotel who stick to their posts! Despite such miserable conditions, it still made our family feel at home. 🌅Thank you to the handsome guy at the front desk for giving me a free upgrade to a mountain view room, and for helping us open games for my kids to play☺️ 💐♥️Sherry in the restaurant made me feel the simple and warm hospitality☺️🥰. They took good care of our three meals a day. 🌅Xiao Zhang from the restaurant also wants to like it. After dinner, they took the initiative to take us back to the room in a battery car - the only time during our two-night stay that a staff member ferried us there.

During a busy journey, encountering such a hotel is undoubtedly the most warm and beautiful episode in the journey. From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you are deeply attracted by its elegant yet warm atmosphere. The front desk staff A Fei's smile was like a spring breeze blowing on his face, professional and enthusiastic, which made me feel the warmth of home instantly. During the entire stay, A Fei took great care of our family. Although the stay was relatively short this time, the elderly and children were very satisfied with the hotel's services and facilities. We also forgot our children’s phones and watches during the trip. Thanks to him for reminding us in time, we will come again next time.

The hotel is easy to find, not far away from Jiuzhaigou entering. Room is clean, no problem about hot water and heater is working very well. But they didn’t fill toilet paper so we use facial paper instead. Anyway, it’s worth for everything! Price, location and reception can speak English. She help us to find parking spot for the way back. I recommend this hotel.
