Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Gym

Outstanding majestic new property not too far away from Juizhaigou Unesco Nature Park and set within the Resort with branded shops such as Adidas, Nike, a Musuem etc etc. Ans HardRock Cafe too. Right outside the resort is a whole row of eateries. The room is generously stayed out in modern furnishings. We had a room that faces the lake and the mountain. It was glorious! Food quality was 5* and aligned with the Hilton Brand of global properties. And while the hardware was outstanding, I was even more impressed by a couple of individuals - ine was front desk Reception Ms Janice. Her service was tops! We connected prior to Arrivals and I needed help with reservations out of Juizhaigou and transportations. She was so patient and delivered above and beyond! Truly upholding the Hilton brand. A valuable asset that Hilton should continue to groom. Another 2 staff who should be recognised is Oscar from dining and Andy from front desk. Both made our 3N stay extra memorable. I will also like to mention the chefs at the main dining hall. We throughly enjoyed the alar carte yak burgers, buffet dinner and amazing spread of breakfast selections. Oh yes....Mia- trainee at main dining hall was extra diligent and went to the back patisier to get vanilla cream when she realised it was not placed by the bread and butter pudding section. Overall 5*

The hotel is definitely my choice when I go to Jiuzhaigou again. Most staff, including the young guys who shuttled us between room and front desk/restaurant, were very friendly and helpful. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were all very nice and offered to help. The Concierge manager Jacky Zhang always replied to WeChat requests on a timely basis and made us feel most welcome when saw us in person. We stayed there for 4 nights and some staff recognized us and remembered our room number! They were all super friendly when we chatted with them. On the other hand, staff in the dinner restaurant 炙 are not too helpful or cheerful and need more training to improve the service. The hotel entrance was not always manned including when we arrived. More staff would be needed to ensure timely assistance for arriving guests. Our suite was spacious and at this time of the year could see a snow capped mountain outside the room's windows. The walk-in closet was a bit small relative to the size of the suite, but could accommodate one large open luggage and one small open one. The door of the washroom near the room's entrance was so heavy it was not possible to use that washroom. The nearby walk-in closet door was also super heavy, in any case, once our large luggage is open, that door became jammed by the luggage and could not be open, so we ended up using the entrance from the other side (the bedroom side). A cab ride to the scenic area took 20 minutes and some 42 Reminbi, that saved us the trouble of trying to find a car park at the scenic area where parking spaces were very limited. Many cabs also awaited tourists outside the scenic area when we were finished sight seeing for the day so there was no problem with getting back to the hotel. We dined at the hotel”s dinner restaurant twice and the food was alright though a bit on the high end according to mainland China's standard and for that yet to improve level of service. We were not offered a menu on the first day of buffet breakfast, but on subsequent days we were offered to choose additional items including different egg preparation, congees, noodles, etc. described in the menu. The breakfast restaurant was a bit small so tables were rather near one another, but we went at off peak hours so that was acceptable. There were enough varieties to keep us satisfied but must say not enough varieties for a 5-star hotel; in particular, there was only one type of salad leaf. The bath tub made a loud strange noise after use. We had to unplug from the electric socket to stop the intermitten loud wind blowing noise. That was reported to the front desk when we checked out, but somehow my communication in poor Putongua mixed with English terms was misunderstood by the front desk initially. All in all, I selected Jiuzhaigou Conrad after reviewing the choices carefully, and I still think this is probably the best choice for my needs. Will stay here again next time!

She knows every detail well, whether it is answering our questions about the hotel facilities or recommending surrounding attractions and food, she is extremely accurate and patient. During our entire stay, Xiao Lei always maintained a high degree of professionalism, was on call, and actively solved the various problems we encountered, making us feel truly at home. Other aspects of the hotel are also remarkable. The restaurant offers a rich and diverse range of food with excellent taste, which can meet the taste buds of different people. The public areas are clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, and it makes people feel happy. After hiking 20,000+ every day in Huanglong Jiuzhai, if you want to find a secret place for leisure, Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou must be the first choice! Although the road is long, the scenery up the mountain can heal the fatigue of the winding mountain road. You can see many fruits, wild flowers, cattle and sheep along the way... The service is definitely at the level of Yuerongzhuang. The hotel has a unique view of the mountains, and there are electric cars to pick up and drop off. The hotel enjoys the original forest and the original ecological lake, which is beyond the film. I like the scenery of the balcony in the room. The lobby bar can enjoy afternoon tea to forget the troubles of work... I feel too much, it is a great experience. Next time I have the opportunity, I will definitely stay for two more days.

The hotel is in very good condition. The waiters are very enthusiastic, especially the front desk guy Zhaxi who received us. He helped us with our luggage, sent us to the room and introduced the various facilities in the hotel room in detail. He provided us with a map of Jiuzhaigou and an introduction to Jiuzhaigou-related performances, and also provided us with ticket booking services. He prepared welcome fruits and ice powder for us. The hotel restaurant is also delicious, and the price is similar to that of other restaurants. It is a very good travel experience

Had an amazing stay at Licheng Bieyuan. Everything was perfect! The staff and owner were so kind and helpful! The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the main street with all the restaurants and stores as well as just 5 min walk from the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Valley. We took a coach from Songpan Station and asked the driver to drop us off/pick us up right in front of the hotel. Big plus also for the breakfast which offered both Chinese and continental options as well as for the hot bath, which was really relaxing after a long day! Overall would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back next time!

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

The hotel is next to Bianbian Street, not far from the entrance of the scenic spot, and can be reached in seven or eight minutes on foot. This is after driving around the entrance of the scenic spot twice, I decided to cancel the previously booked hotel and change to this one. I went to the hotel immediately after placing the order. The young man said that he had not received the reservation information. Then a supervisor took the initiative to upgrade to a very spacious parent-child room. Although there was a parking lot for tourist buses outside the window of the room, it did not affect my rest at night. Traveling and dining are very convenient, very good.

It was okay after closing the windows. It was quite clean.
