Rissai Valley , a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

This time, staying in this secluded hotel, I felt the colorful Jiuzhaigou forest season (mixed feelings)! On the first day, we landed at Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Airport. The hotel driver, Master Jin, wore hotel uniforms and held the hotel logo to pick us up. Hot towels, mineral water and local beef jerky were prepared for the guests in the car. It takes about one hour and forty-five minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel. Before we arrived, hail suddenly fell in the area where the hotel is located. When we arrived at the foot of the mountain, the driver stopped the car and called the housekeeper to inform the guests that they were about to arrive at the hotel. Ten minutes later, we arrived at the hotel smoothly. When we got off the car, we stepped on the water first. The housekeeper and another staff member quickly hung Hada around my friend and my neck and led us to the lobby. After tasting the warm tea which is lower than the human body temperature😂, they said as they walked that the welcome dance was not available today, but they would make it up to us another day🤷♀️We checked in quickly, and the housekeeper told us that the hotel shuttle bus could not run due to the sudden hail, and we needed to wait in the lobby. We didn’t know how long we would have to wait, and no one would take appropriate measures. After 10 minutes, I asked the housekeeper about the distance from the lobby to our room, and I decided to walk there. The housekeeper accompanied us to the room on the ice slag, and asked about the luggage. A staff member of the concierge department blurted out, "The luggage will be there tomorrow morning"🤦♀️We walked to our room in 6 minutes. I We have gone from understanding the force majeure of natural disasters to being angry about the staff's procrastination and inaction. At this time, Zhou Shuixiu, a customer service employee, immediately boiled water and made hot tea and brought it to me. I took a cup of truly heart-warming hot tea. The housekeeper asked her to fill the bathtub with water and briefly introduced the furnishings in the room. My friend casually said she was a little hungry while drinking tea. Ten minutes later, Zhou Shuixiu's shoes and socks were soaked, but she brought us two boxes of hot lunches, repeatedly saying that the food was not good and was afraid that we would not be used to it. Always remember to put on slippers and shoe covers when entering the room (well, I was really touched) haha The hotel configuration is similar to other hotels of the same type, so there is nothing much to say. I will not judge the quality of a hotel based on whether the water it provides is high-end or niche. The bedding is comfortable. Since I participated in most of the activities in the hotel during my 4-day stay, my personal experience was very tasteless. As for the restaurant, the Chinese restaurant has stable products. There is a yak beef dish that is crispy on the outside and glutinous on the inside, which is very delicious. The hot pot is really ordinary, with all frozen meat. For breakfast, I had ice-cold hot spring eggs and fishy salmon Benedict eggs for two consecutive days. There are many small tidbits, such as the housekeeper only exists in WeChat and lacks the ability to solve problems, etc. Haha, I have to be busy, so I won’t write anymore! By the way, I commented on the bad review posted by others on Xiaohongshu, and it was deleted. I said that Luneng might not have paid Marriott management fees. The service is at such a level that it is really not something that one or two good employees can turn around.

Both the scenery and the service are impeccable. The daily meals and activities are also very unique, suitable for a slow-paced and in-depth experience. I am very satisfied with this four-day stay.

Both the hotel's internal facilities and surrounding environment are in line with the hotel's positioning and the name of "Hidden World". The service provided by the butler Nimo, the round-trip driver and all the staff is extremely thoughtful and meticulous. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are delicious and I will go there again if I have time.

The hotel is better than expected. The scenery and service are first-class. I also gave a lot of small gifts. I like it very much.

I couldn't help but experience the secluded world when I came to Jiuzhaigou, and I was not disappointed at all. It was very good. The housekeepers Nimo Liu and Nieba were both considerate and enthusiastic. Because my birthday was approaching, not only did they decorate the room, but they also sent a birthday cake. Every time I called for a taxi, the response speed was very fast. They also took us to visit the hotel park and Lingyun Pavilion, and also applied for a late check-out for us to experience the secluded world journey more deeply.
