Amazing services from the front desk staff. All of them were very friendly and helpful. They always had smiles on their faces and greeted us when we walked past the reception. We stayed on the second floor facing the mountain. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is a bit of a walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. It’s about 15-20 min walk or 5 min drive. You can take a taxi from the hotel to the park entrance for ¥15. We took a taxi in the morning and walked back along the river after we visited the park. The laundry facility is free and well equipped with both washing machines, dryers and iron. Very convenient. Breakfast was also good. A decent food options. Our favorite was the noodle. Staff at the breakfast hall were also very friendly and provided great services.

I chose the storage service when I went to Jiuzhaigou. When I picked up my luggage, the hotel waiter squeezed past the hotel front desk when delivering the luggage, causing scratches on the suitcase. The waiter asked if it was scratched before storage. I touched it when I was using it and my finger was instantly cut. I was in a hurry to catch the bus. I only left my phone number.

The free tea bags are not the tasteless ones before. The buffet breakfast is quite satisfactory, with a wide variety of food, clean and sanitary, and popular taste. For us northerners, it is more comfortable to eat than the restaurants near the scenic area. The front desk service is very good, and a little girl even worked two night shifts.
