This hotel is really terrible! ! Don't book it! The facilities are very bad. I booked 2 nights for Jiuzhaigou this time. I checked in on the first night and found that the air conditioner was broken. It was minus 4.5 degrees outside. The two of us were freezing in the room in the middle of the night. We couldn't change rooms. The air conditioner was turned on all night and the room was still 16 degrees. The next day, both of us caught a cold! Then I told the hotel before I went out the next day and went out to play. Then the hotel responded that there was indeed a problem with the air conditioner and came back to change my room. Then I returned to the hotel at night. The hotel said that someone had repaired it during the day and brought a heater to the room and asked us to try again. Then we went back to the room and found that the air conditioner was still broken in the middle of the night. It all depended on a heater. Moreover, this hotel relied on an outdoor shuttle bus from the room to the lobby. It was so cold in the middle of the night that we couldn't change rooms! I was freezing for 2 days and 2 nights! Both of us got sick! ! ! I am really impressed! On the first day we decided to go to Huanglong and originally planned to take a bus, but the driver from the hotel said the bus was 50 yuan per person and 100 yuan for two people, and he would charge us 100 yuan for sending us, so we said ok, and then when we got to the scenic spot we found out the bus was 28 yuan per person, I was really impressed 😂😂

It's better than expected, the staff are very kind, the hotel is very newly decorated, and the facilities are good! Although it is 20 kilometers away from Jiuzhaigou, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off, and the price/performance ratio is very good.
