設施：原來喜來登，翻新了一些，智能馬桶不好用
衞生：挺好
環境：離景區近
服務：洗澡水壓低，不熱，不過反映了立馬換了房間，還是不錯的

入住環境很好，窗簾遮光，配套設施齊全，免費升級了房間，遺留了物品也有及時的幫忙放好，房間無異味且有淡淡的清香

垃圾，衣服忘在酒店了，跟客服打了好幾個電話，前台衹是推脱晚點答覆，晚點答覆。等了好幾個小時再打電話，客服直接擺爛了，説都下班了，明天再給我打電話回覆。第二天也沒接到任何電話。哪怕你打掃房間的時候扔了，跟我説一聲也行啊，畢竟是我遺落的。一直吊著我，我好歹也是華住會的金卡會員，就這服務態度？

服務不錯，入住送水果，不過浴袍實在太長了，感覺要190以上的穿着才剛好。國慶期間入住的，早上步行去景區的。離九寨溝和黃龍九寨站的班車終點站/始發站天宇酒店很近。

酒店還是挺舒適的 就是到景區有一定的距離 節假日不好打車 需要步行過去 2公里多
