We stayed for 2night. The room was clean. Might hear Some noises from outside. Restaurant and local convenient store were nearby but they dont open at early morning. So, better buy it at night before going to JZG. Take taxi to jiuzhaigou 15 yuan or you can walk (we walk back from JZG the river side view is good but a lot of merchants were closed). Breakfast limited option: fried rice, boiled egg, fresh tomato, stir fried vegetables, soy milk, bun. We asked to make the room up they just do the bed and give more water bottles but no clean the toilet. We had to early check out to get the train, just dropped the keycard in the box at front desk.

I also like the entertainment area of the hotel.

First time in Jiuzhaigou, very satisfied with the experience. The service of the front desk lady is very good. Breakfast is self-service and you can take whatever you want. All the staff are very enthusiastic and there are entertainment venues.

The family suite I booked has three beds, is clean and hygienic, has a pool table, fitness facilities and children's ocean balls on the 3rd floor, and not many breakfast varieties. The hotel is 2 kilometers away from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. You can take a taxi to the entrance of the scenic area at ordinary times. You may not be able to get a taxi during the peak season, and you can walk for half an hour.

It's an old hotel, even though it has the Holiday Inn sign, it doesn't have the proper services and equipment at all. Even though the internet says it is smoke-free, there are still people smoking everywhere. The hotel service staff opened the door directly and entered the room without knocking. The front desk staff were cold and unfriendly, this is a disappointing hotel.

The suite we booked has a 1.8-meter bed and a 1-meter bed inside, and a 1.5-meter bed outside. It is enough for the whole family to sleep. There is also a desk inside. The hygiene is ok, and the breakfast is also ok. It is okay if you don’t have high requirements for traveling. It’s just that the quality of some guests is average. They smoke in the restaurant and sometimes in the corridor, and no one stops them. Maybe the locals think it’s nothing. There are restaurants nearby. The barley cakes and beef noodles at Beef Noodle King are good. High cost performance. The room facilities feel a bit old, not like they have just been renovated. Maybe they just painted the walls, but overall it’s okay.
