The whole staff at the reception was very benevolent. Compared to the chosen level of the room, I expected more cleanliness. The comfortable bedding smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was served to us in the room, it lacked a second stool to be comfortable. So I can't comment on the breakfast buffet. I also don't know if the reception staff speaks English.
The entrance to the valley is less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is located near restaurants.

I live on the first floor and it took 20 minutes to get hot water. I was afraid of wasting it, so I washed my face, clothes, and fruits while the water was running!
