First of all, thank you for choosing me, and for recognizing the cleanliness, good location, sufficient hot water, room size and other advantages... ① The room type you booked is available from the 1st to the 4th floor. The check-out situation on the day is only on the first floor. and one room each on the second floor. I arranged you to the first floor and you were unwilling to do so. I threatened to write a bad review (and I really kept my word) and moved you three adults to a standard room on the second floor without charging you for the additional person. I also gave you extra compensation. One person’s pillow and disposable items. ② The front desk checked the monitoring and found out that the boy's words were inappropriate: "I told you that if you are really not satisfied with our room, you can cancel the order for free and give you a full refund."
