There is a big gap between this passable hotel and resort hotels such as LUX* and Hideaway. Mainly reflected in the service, not one-to-one butler service. Disadvantages: First, the guy who drove the shuttle bus was probably very busy. He had a cold face and felt not friendly enough. He had to wait for a long time every time he asked for a taxi. Second, the room area is slightly small and the bathroom is not clean enough. Third, the front desk clerk was not very proactive. He did not offer a cup of tea to welcome guests while waiting for check-in. The greeter seemed very busy and did not do what he should do. The advantage is that the waiters in the restaurant are very good and obviously better trained than other employees. Overall, employee training needs to be strengthened.
