This place far from scenic area but it’s not problem. All of staff available for pick you up and drop off all the time. The facility is very good, Hot water is proper for bath in cold weather, smart bed can adjust temperature. And the most I appreciated is thirteen. He’s a cute and adorable cat ,love him

Hotel is a little away from the main attraction entry, but the lodge offers free transport to and from the location. Also we took a late night shuttle bus from a nearby town and they even picked us up from the bus stop. Also we went to a nearby restaurant and they also offered us a pickup even though it was later than 23:00 at night. Room was clean, amenities was ready for us and was even greeted by 2 very friendly cats when we checked in. Overall experience was made better by the lodge and can’t thank them enough. Would stay here again next time we visit.

Great support and service even if you arrive very late/ early. 😬 Rooms are equipped with a heating blanket for cold winter nights and you can also get your coffee during the breakfast time.

The service is also very good, and there are pick-ups and drop-offs to scenic spots and through bus stops. If you want to eat, go to Bianbian Street next to Xingyu Hotel (about one kilometer walk, not far). There are several restaurants there, and I recommend the Zangshege main store, which has yak beef hot pot. (The set meal with barbecue is 188, not 168.)

If it wasn't for the urgent time this time, I might have stayed another night. The room was very cold when I arrived at midnight and the temperature was below zero, but I suddenly found an electric blanket, and suddenly I was not panicked. The air conditioner heated up very quickly, but it was noisy, which was not a problem for two people who traveled a long distance. I slept very soundly. There are cars to pick up and drop off at the bus station and Jiuzhaigou scenic area, and there is no need to wait. It's very good. Two shortcomings: 1. More attention needs to be paid to hygiene. There are disposable items and hair in our bathroom that have not been thrown away. 2. The disposable toilet seat does not match the toilet seat at all. The size is wrong, so it's better not to match it. I hope it will be improved and I will recommend it to my friends later!

The boss and service staff are warm and thoughtful, and can be picked up and dropped off at the scenic spot for free. There is a beautiful natural mountain view outside the window!

Room: The parent-child room has 2 beds, one of which is next to a large floor-to-ceiling window, with a mountain of colorful forests opposite, and a great view. The other bed is on the inside of the room, very quiet, opaque, with three white walls, and the bed inside is more than enough for 2 people. There is heating and air conditioning in the room, which is pretty good overall👍 Service: The service attitude is very good, the room comes with breakfast and pick-up (to the store and to the scenic area), which is more convenient and can save some taxi fare, because it is not easy to get a taxi there (I can't get a taxi, the driver said that the orders for the roadside taxis can't be taken🥹) Facilities: All facilities and equipment are available and basically meet the standards, the toilet 🚽 ring is a bit large, and the disposable toilet covers provided and brought by ourselves cannot be put on😂. However, the hot water in the room is very fast, and the bathing is comfortable, thumbs up. Hygiene: Basically OK, the bedding is clean, but the hygiene in the corners of the room can be improved. Overall, I would recommend it.

The photos in front of the hotel are super beautiful. I searched for a hotel for a long time and finally chose this one. It did not disappoint me. The service attitude is super good and they patiently explained to us how to travel in Jiuzhaigou.
