The hotel is easy to find, not far away from Jiuzhaigou entering. Room is clean, no problem about hot water and heater is working very well. But they didn’t fill toilet paper so we use facial paper instead. Anyway, it’s worth for everything! Price, location and reception can speak English. She help us to find parking spot for the way back. I recommend this hotel.

I was tired and hungry, and I had walked around for a long time. I didn't see the name of the hotel. I went in and asked and found out that the hotel had changed its name. I was assigned a room opposite the lobby, but I didn't know there was no elevator. My room was on the third floor. Maybe I asked for a quiet room, but I ended up climbing stairs for three days and two nights. You can imagine how it feels to carry luggage and walk through Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and then have to climb stairs when you come back. There is no place to hang or put clothes in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient. There was a problem with the heating pad in the bed. I notified the front desk and it was solved quickly. Everything else was good.

Facilities: The room is relatively small, and the toilet shower cubicle is too small, just connected to the corner, and can't stretch. The facilities are a bit old. Hygiene: The hygiene is OK, and disposable towels are used. Environment: There are food nearby, but the hotel is not easy to find on the roadside. Unexpectedly, someone really answered it. I described the situation of my family. The owner of the hotel got up quickly and sent us to the hospital. I really want to say thank you. I prescribed some medicine and went back After resting, the lady at the front desk brought us some salt to drink with water. The proprietress also put a lot of mineral water in our room, saying that she would give us more if it was not enough. There was free breakfast in the morning, with many kinds and unlimited quantity. After breakfast, the lady at the front desk of the hotel specially arranged a car to take us to the scenic spot. It was really considerate. I had planned to take a beautiful ******* costume photo after putting on makeup that day, but unfortunately it rained in the mountains. I felt a little disappointed when I returned to the hotel. The lady at the front desk saw what I was thinking, so she asked me to pick out the ******* costume I liked in the store and said she would take the photo for me. By the way, I have to add that you can experience ******* costume for free in the hotel. There are many clothes to choose from on the right hand side of the hotel entrance. There happened to be a beautiful swing at the entrance of the hotel. The lady's photography skills are also very good. She patiently helped me take photos. With the beautiful photos, my mood became beautiful. Hehe, in short, I am very satisfied with the hotel this time. I highly recommend it.

We had a nice and modern room at 6th floor, nice view and bright. Bed is comfortable (not hard). Basic chinese breakfast, overall a very good Price in April for such hôtel. Park entrance is at 15min by foot, which is correct. Last but not least, all staff is really kind and accommodating, doing their best to help and please us. I would definitely come back again !
