Entao fui a esse hotel agora no dia 17/2/24 estávamos entre dois hotéis e acabamos escolhendo esse , bem localizado, alguns funcionários bem solicito, limpeza dos quartos mnt boa , café da manhã e terceirizado, mas é sim mnt bom , tem varanda que, no meu vê precisam de alguns reparos mas nd que não me deixe voltar lá , gostei bastante, ficamos 7 dias no ap tinha fogão , banheiro grande , dois quartos com excelente espaço

Very good hotel. Super friendly and helpful waiters, very good facilities, very good rooms, super rich breakfast. My only shortcoming is related to the main elevator of the hotel. The elevator is very slow, and the TV in the room is not controlled by all channels (only when there is a number), and the TV in the room cannot answer everything. The channel number of the channel (I only found this relationship when I added a number to it). ), but nothing can hack the hotel or make me stop recommending it.

The first complaint is with Trip, in the ad shows a type of room, arrivando la is another category. Trip should be better sure before, because I felt misled by Trip. The hotel was very small, especially as I was with wife and baby, difficult to keep the bags.

The staff are very efficient, the breakfast is very varied and very complete, served in a very wide space. The academy stops to wish, because it has only two steels, a box and a bicycle, which was broken.

Não recomendo este hotel. Embora esteja em uma excelente localização, a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. Fiquei hospedada no quarto 317, tem um cheiro insuportável de mofo e um sério problema de umidade. Obrigatoriamente deve manter o ar-condicionado ligado no frio , porque se abrir as janelas para aliviar o cheiro de mofo, umedece tudo! Tenho problema de rinite e sofri muito com a questão de ar condicionado e cheiro de mofo! Para conseguir dormir com o ar condicionado frio, precisei pedir cobertores na recepção, pois o quarto fica muito frio e ainda tem uma saída de ar que vem da tubulação no teto e a cama fica bem embaixo; e para completar ainda é barulhento, incomodando o sono. Se desligar o ar, as roupas ficam todas úmidas , mesmo as limpas dentro dos armários. As roupas usadas na praia não secam, mesmo as deixando abertas para secar. Em qualquer hotel que já fiquei em praia , sempre deixei as roupas abertas e sempre secava tudo! Fiquei hospedada sete dias e voltei para São Paulo com todas as minhas roupas ainda molhadas que foram usadas no primeiro dia de praia. Funcionários da recepção não são nada cordiais, não explicam no check in o problema da umidade e sobre a obrigatoriedade de manter o ar condicionado ligado. Tive que ir falar sobre este problema e a recepcionista justificou que era porque o hotel fica de frente pra praia! Desculpe, mas já fiquei em muitos hotéis de frente para o mar e nunca passei por problemas de mofo e umidade. Também pedi a troca de quarto, o qual não fui atendida , porque a prioridade era de quem tinha a reserva e não de quem já estava tendo uma péssima estadia. O banheiro não tem exaustor e nem janela, fica com a parede toda minando água , o chuveiro sempre pingando, mesmo avisando a recepção sobre o problema, a manutenção veio olhar, falou que ia trocar a borracha e nada foi feito, o chuveiro ficou pingando todos os dias em que permaneci hospedada. Colocam uma etiqueta de economia de água, mas o próprio hotel não faz sua parte! Corredores molhados com risco de quedas, também fui avisar a recepção sobre esse problema! Logo no primeiro dia encontrei a toalha manchada ou suja, não dava para identificar e já a deixei no chão para recolherem. Café da manhã bom, mas nada excepcional também! Sinceramente, esse hotel está longe de ser 4 estrelas pois não atende requisitos de conforto. Já pontuei os problemas para a agência de viagem que me vendeu a hospedagem. Hotel confortável, limpo, bom restaurante, café da manhã xcom grande variedade de itens. Funcionários muito simpáticos, gentis e educados. Hotel distante das áreas de maior fluxo de pessoas e de bares e restaurantes, portanto boa opção para quem deseja tranquilidade. No entanto, fica muito próximo para se deslocar de carro até Tambaú ou até a parte mais movimentada de Cabo Branco. Não há acesso a praia na frente do hotel. A piscina é boa e tem um deck molhado bem agradável. Visão muito bonita da área da piscina. Gostamos muito da experiência e recomendamos .

Hotel novo, muito bem localizado e com atendimento eficiente. Achei o café da manhã bem regrado para um hotel 3 estrelas e com poucas variações. O estacionamento apesar de não ter sido um problema para mim deixar o carro na rua, poderia ser oferecido aos hóspedes já diluindo o valor na hospedagem se fosse o caso. Cobrar a parte achei bem avacalhado. Mas no geral a experiência foi satisfatória e considero retornar numa próxima oportunidade.

This hotel is located in a nice area, only two streets behind the beach and near to great restaurants, cafés, backeries and supermarkets. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly. Rômulo received us at reception with a warm welcome and was always very helpful. The breakfast is good. We were served by a very attentive staff. Neto is a fantastic waiter lovely and helpful. He provided lactose free milk for me during all my stay, with great care. At restaurant you will meet Israel, a very polite attentive waiter. Don't miss the great pineapple cocktails prepared by the bartender Jonas. The menu in the restaurant is good, with many options of really tastey dishes. Unfortunately there weren't many options for fruit juices usually available in Brazil, only lemon and orange. It was the same in regard to cocktails too, the state is rich in many exotic fruits such as cajá, siriguela, goiaba, etc. Overall we can highly recommend this great hotel. Thanks to all the staff. We will back again.

This hotel opened relatively recently (a little more than 2 years ago). Price-wise, this is an upscale hotel for Joao Pessoa (the least expensive room is about R$750 or $150 USD—the most expensive room is R$3170 or $638 USD). The problem is that it just isn't worth it. Just to put it in perspective, you can find hotel rooms in this city for 1/3 of the price that have rooms of comparable size and quality. Let me say that almost all hotel staff are very friendly (but not all), but the level of service and attentiveness does not correlate with the level they purport to provide. The hotel has 185 rooms, so it's not a small place. I came here with my wife to celebrate a wedding anniversary (I won't tell you how many so as not to shock you). Upon entering the reception area, we were offered a glass of water in cheap disposable plastic cups; I suppose this is better than nothing at all, but not by much. Upon entering our room, we noted that the glass shower doors were not completely cleaned. I know it may be a pain in the ass for the chambermaid to get the soap scum off the glass, but for the price, I would expect at least that. In addition, the hotel has a sign in the lavatory that you cannot flush your toilet paper (!). Many hotels in the city have similar notices, but they do not charge as much as Oceana Atlantico Hotel charges. Since this hotel was recently built, you would think the hotel could have constructed a sanitary system that did not require you to keep your poopy paper in a trash can next to your toilet. The most annoying thing that happened was when we went to have our breakfast (which, like in most Brazilian hotels, was included). The buffet was decent, but not even close to the best we have experienced here in this city. You might even say it was modest. Certain breakfast items are prepared to order, and you must order with the waiter—I know this because I went to the open kitchen and the cook said I must ask the waiter (and there was only one waiter in the room). The waiter was busy chit-chatting with other staff as I tried to get his attention. Finally, my wife approached him to request the breakfast dish I wanted and it took forever to be prepared (which is OK if the kitchen was busy), but then I saw him walking around with the plate from table to table with my dish, when he finally remembered our table and then came and chucked the plate in front of me. Of course, the dish was not prepared the way I requested, so I did not even eat it. In summary, I cannot recommend this hotel and I do not think we will be returning, sad to say.

There are not many hotels in the immediate area, and I find myself needing to stay in this neighborhood occasionally, but had never tried Bessa Beach Hotel before, so I thought I’d give them a try. My first impression was that I didn’t find the employees very helpful. When we parked in front of the hotel and took our bags out of the car, the bellman asked “do you want help bringing those into the hotel?” I knew that there wasn’t a chance that he'd be bringing my bags up to the room, and I was right. Later, when coming back to the hotel after dinner, we greeted the desk clerk with a “good evening”, but he couldn't be bothered to reply—I guess we disturbed his nap. The hotel elevator had an overwhelming odor of mold, probably from guests using the elevator directly after the swimming pool. Our room was not much better: there were no hangers in what passed for a closet and the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. The bed had only 2 of the flimsiest pillows I've seen in a long while. We called the front desk to see if they could send up 2 more. We waited for a while, but finally gave up and went out. When we returned, we called the front desk again, and with a new shift on duty, it was an easy task (as it should've been the first time we asked). The bed was so uncomfortable that I hardly slept at all. When I moved the pillow, I discovered that there was an electrical outlet behind the pillow on the headboard. I don’t know what the building code is, but I’m pretty sure that an outlet behind a pillow would not b on the “good idea” list. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have a room safe, until I stayed here. Overall, I won’t be staying here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone that I like.
