The Ummed hotel Jodhpur our experience 👍👍 Hotel is nice and beautiful Room are nice and pool was very nice and . all staff is really good and helpful & loyal housekeeping good service by Mr. Rahul & Gajendra & Mohan .Himmat.👍👍👍👍👍......

Its worth less and charge is more than other day and breakfast is included in my booking but staff and reception is not show their continental etc

Hello viewers.Thanks for read my review for the property.I won't personally recommend you to stay in the Delux room of this property as they are so small and so suffocating that you cannot stay here for few minutes.Secondly,they don't provide tea/coffee kettle and mineral water bottles.The Delux room is so small that you feel so suffocated.

There were always some children (I think they were not guests but employees ' kids) who were making noise. Also employees of the hotel were shouting loudly in the hotel. I was very surprised that they were shouting at 3:00 am at night!!! If you want to spend a relaxed and calm time, I don't recommend this hotel.

See the photos shown are too good. Let me explain, i am not saying that this is a bad place but you cannot tell by photos how much congested this place is. Once you get used to it the place is nice with excellent food option and supportive staff.

Room size was too small. Neither given any package drinking water which is complementary in any of the standard Hotel. It's a OYO Property poorly managed. Not recommending any of thr tourist. neither the value for money nor having good supporting staffs

Customer service of mmt is very poor
i missed only one call from you and i have made several calls to customer care number and many time asked through chats on mmt app. In every call i have to tell the same story again and again as your system doesn't have thread / history of customers call. Two time i request to connect to some senior executive and i was promised a call back from senior, but till today i haven't received any call. My complaint request was raised on 11th dc 22 at 8:42 pm. Thereafter many calls and reminders through mail i received a negative response from you after 9 days. This is your customer service. On 11th i was told by your customer care executive that i can cancel this booking with full refund till 11:59 pm. But of no use to tell my grievance. Voice recording also sent through email
