When we arrive to check in, our room has been given to someone else (we're not the first people this has happened to). They didn't see our reservation, but put the blame on us for not checking in far enough in advance. To compensate, they « upgrade » and give us what they call a "better room"... We soon realize that all the rooms don’t correspond to the misleading advertisements. In fact, they are much smaller, very dark and not at all worth the price. We could no longer cancel our reservation. After visiting the reception desk, we are promised a large room the next day - a rather nice gesture on the part of the hosts. However, we got up on purpose the next day, packed all our bags and when we arrived at reception, we no longer had the right to this room. They've lied to us. In short, this is a very poor value for money compared with all the hotels we've stayed at so far. For the same price, you can get a hotel with a pool not far from the center or at least with some day light. The rooms are not pleasant. The manager was rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.
