Yesterday i reached hotel at 1 am. I paid for the room and was not up to the mark. The room is full of cockroaches, bathroom was dirty, flush with as not working. When i tried to contact the customer care. I can only see the “ schedule the call “ option. If there was customer cadre service i would have asked for a refund and would have gone to a different hotel. And also for breakfast, we have to go outside the hotel. There were literally cockroaches when we entered the room. Also, we waited for the receptionist. He was not present.
