The property is good but it's not properly utilised by the hotel. The service was also average. The cost of the food was high as compared to the 4 star hotel. The location is other disadvantage as it's outside the jodhpur city and hence all cabs charges very high for pick up or drop. One don't have much to do in the hotel in terms of activities. While we were told that there is children room but when we went there, the room was in bad state with no facilities like carrom or table tennis or any such other board games. The menu available for high tea was also very limited. Considering the above, the cost we paid for 3 nights seems high, around 50 k as by paying another 20 or 25k we would have got a 5 star hotel.

Ambience is v. Good. Enjoyed Candle light dinner . Food was not up to the mark. SPA was not available, which was Main reason for stay in this hotel. connected Apptoach road condition is very poor.

Had an amazing stay at the ummed. The property is very neat and well kept. The restraunt area and the gardens serve you well by providing fantastic food and a relaxing experience would rate it a 10 for what they provide at such an economical price.

Superb hospitality with very nice property. Good food and clean resort. Room service is also very good. Restaurant and food spread is also very good. Swimming pool lawn area is big and clean swimming people.

Location or look wise resort is very very nice but manager is quite arrogant and non helpful in any situation. Staff is good spa is not working which is imp for property like this. Shower and ac both were not accurate as u stays in other hotels. One more most of ppl are marwadi gujrathi who stays here so they must keep pure veg restaurant inside property bcz many ppl don’t eat in combine.
