This place has an amazing view. Very nice rooks, very comfortable, awesome staff very helpful. Great food. Overall very nice stay.

We celebrated our anniversary at the royal palace in Jodhpur and the complete experience will be etched in our memories forever with the outstanding Taj hospitality and service catering to personalised needs and fulfilling all requirements, and sometimes going even beyond. We encountered some issue while making a reservation on Tajhotels website, but it was addressed in due course by Akshay Sharma and Harish Palaria from the Reservations team. We were received well by Aniket at the Reception who gave us a short tour of the palatial property with great details and history, before showing us to our room. He was warm and welcoming. A special thanks to the housekeeping room staff of Arifji and his team for the wonderful floral room decor and personalised greeting card wishing us on our joyous occasion. Dineshji from housekeeping was also very humble, jovial and receptive. A special mention to Harsh who gave us a great mocktail making class and shared his knowledge while making two drinks in the evening. It was a fun session at Trophy Bar. At the Risala restaurant for hi-tea and breakfast, we were served well and taken care of by Yashji and Amanji respectively. Special mention to head chef Shobhitji for catering to my special Jain food needs and requirement. The evening hi-tea could have some Jain food items and desserts too. Our highlight for this holiday would be the special treatment we received from Swaroopji who helped us with our videos and pictures and special celebrations to make this one of our most memorable trips. A special thank you to all the staff who would greet us by our last name throughout the property and wish us Happy Anniversary with a smile at all times. Such experiences are what make the Tajhotel hospitality above 5 stars!

I thought it was a bit pricey for a dormitory, but since it accommodates up to 4 people, it would be a good choice if you have a lot of people traveling with you. Otherwise, I think a single or double room would be a better choice than a dormitory. Representative places worth visiting include the unique style well, clock tower, Mehrangarh Fort, Pachetia Hill, and Kim Mohan Restaurant, all within a 20-minute walk at most. It was a street. There are a lot of cheap accommodations around the castle, but this one is also an attractive accommodation. (I only took pictures of the door of the accommodation, but not the bed. There were two bunk beds stretched out against the wall and a bathroom. The hot water was great and the air conditioner was working well. It came out well, it was spacious for two people, but I feel like it might be a bit narrow for four people)

Haveli inn pal is not Pal Haveli. Keep that in mind. But they are in same haveli. Different parts. Room no.7 is one you are looking for. Great views of mighty fort. Bit overpriced. Best if you get around 4K. Main thing is location. All famous eateries are near. Allowed us early check in without any hesitation. Friendly staff, at least most of them. So overall decent stay. I reviewed good on Agoda but this bad experience came after our stay ended. On last day we asked for taxi from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer. They said 6K as it is season rate. They said one way is not available. We agreed thinking taxi has to take round trip. Next day they asked us to pay all money to us in advance in cash before leaving. And then while travelling we came to know it was a one way car. Car already came from Jaisalmer, it was on its way back from Jodhpur. So charge is half for such trips. So hotel could have been honest and take less money. But they wanted their commission. This is no good. Left bad impression and this type of things destroys trust of tourists coming from far places to visit these great cities of dignified kings. So you can go ahead for stay but do not book anything external like taxi or sightseeing with them.

the ancient temple (300 years old) was very interesting. the food was decent; we ate breakfast two days. the call to prayer at the crack of dawn is EXTREMELY LOUD right outside the hotel so beware of that. However, a STRONG caution: one of the front desk staff tried to take us out of the hotel to scam us. we wanted to go to the stepwell nearby and this boy insisted on taking us there. I didn’t know why at the time, I thought maybe he wanted to go too. We found out that he was trying to take us to a textiles shop for a commission. This is a common scam in India — drivers or guides will take you to “their friend’s” shop “just to look, no pressure to buy” but you should know that this is ILLEGAL in India, as they make a commission on anything you buy. When we tried to go into a different shop on the way (for our own interest) he tried to prevent us from entering the shop (because he would not receive a commission from this shop) and he further bullied the shop owner to “make it short, woman” so that we would not linger there long. The tourism police showed up and that’s when we realized what was going on. He paid off the policeman while we were in the shop and then waited for us to come out, and again tried to lead us into his friend’s shop. We shook him off and continued onto the stepwell on our own. Yes this is a beautiful hotel on account of the temple it is connected to, but the hotel staff are actively trying to take guests to scam them. So, I would not recommend this hotel overall based on that experience.

Hospitality service was far better than expected. Staff behaviour was professional and polite. Room was as per std. As in photos and spacious, hygiene and roof top view was very mesmerizing as this hotel is situated on foothills of mehrangarh fort, night light view of city visible from rooftop as it is very near to fort. This hotel is at walking distance from the famous ghantaghar of jodhpur ( clock tower) and turji ka jhalara ( step well). Food was good. And check in- out was hassle-free. Recommended for solo and couple travelers

A chart*** Haveli in the heart of the streets of the old town, accessible only in tuk-tuk, the quiet shot because away from the cowboy of the shopping districts and the large circulation, a very comfortable, very clean room (which is not always In India, it is a beautiful decoration and a gentle, pleasant and discreet staff. The meals are also good and prepared for the com***freshness guarantee. Located just a few steps from the basar and its extraordinary slopes, a few steps from the fort, and a view of the exceptional terrace. I will return with great pleasure.
