Holiday Inn Johannesburg - Rosebank Reviews

Bed is super comfortable. They provide two type of pillow - soft and firm pillow which is good so you don’t have to deal with neck pain. They have smart TV so you can watch Youtube or Netflix. Room is spacious and clean. You can see Johannesburg city from your room without any other building blocking. The mall is connected with the hotel and the area is still safe for me as solo female traveller to walk around. There is also MCD, KFC and Starbucks nearby if you didn’t want to opt for the breakfast.

Very suitable location / central to Rosebank Mall and lots of restaurants. Just across the road from the Gautrain station. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. The service was very friendly! Underground parking was very convenient and safe.

The best choice for business trips. The hotel is in a very good location. It is directly connected to the shopping mall. It has everything you need for food and shopping. It is safe and secure. The sightseeing bus station and subway are at the door, very convenient, recommended

The location was very good with direct access to the mall, it was really a very nice stay. However, the GYM could use more dumbbells and another tower.

There is a pedestrian street outside, which is a bit noisy.

This property is very close to the Zone and Rosebank Malls and the hotel has an entrance directly into the Zone Mall without necessarily walking out of the Hotel through the main entrance.

The closeness to the mall made it a convenient and safe way to move around the neighborhood. Also, the staff were kind and helpful.

The property is easy to get to. The location is great being near the mall and restaurants. The room is a good size. The bathroom is clean and nice. Beds are comfy. Pillows are ok. The TV is terrible. Only 1 or two channels come in better then the others and all they play is soccer. I get it. It's soccer, everyone favorite sport unless you don't watch sports. Haha. The rest of the channels are so full of static, you can not watch them. And the air con only works with your room key in card reader so if you only have one key card, it shuts off when you leave the room. Which makes it warm when you return.

A bit run down in spots but overall a great stay and a bonus to be connected to the mall for dining options.
