Very wonderful stay. The major downer was the pool lift did not seem to work when we tried it. I'm in a wheelchair so we try to look for pools which would have that kind of access to them. Sadly, this seems to be a common occurace where a lift is advertized on the picture for a hotel but does not work in reality. Having those lifts in working order is another way to really help set that hotel apart from the others around them. We've been to pretty much all the hotels near this stoney creek and those with lifts have the same issue; they simply do not work, need charged or repaired, and the poor staff at the front desk struggle to know how to troubleshoot the issue for either not being shown how or not a quick guide available to assist. Also, having a lift to the spa/hot tub installed would be an added bonus as well as many hotels in this area do not have that kind of accessible access either
We would have given 5 stars if not for regarding the pool and the lift's issue.

Checked in someone late but the staff was very accommodating and very helpful. There seem to be a corporate party going on and the layout was a little confusing but the staff helped us to our room. once in the room it was very spacious with great decor and very cozy seats. Great place. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The service was great, the breakfast was amazing, the pool was kind of cold but the hot tub was awesome!! Best time to go to the pool is when the kids are asleep. There was alot of families there and its a great place for families.

Great place. Cozy and perfect for us. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Did not really use the free breakfast so can’t say much about that. Loved proximity to downtown. Far enough away but close enough to be easy.

I loved it here. I usually do a typical brand hotel but the cabin feel intrigued me. I was lucky to be offered a free upgrade to the Homestead room and it was fabulous. So cozy. Cant wait to return
