R&F PRINCESS COVE at ANJU Reviews

Heard much about R&F Condo & Mall and here we are. Actually walking over from JB Sentral is only 15 or so minutes via the sheltered R&F link way. However if not for the break along the end of link way, it would be much shorter walk. Baring this, the stay would have be excellence. Apt is very clean, beds are comfortable. Aircon is perfect. There is a large facility level at 4 floor where the swimming pools, gym, sauna etc reside. We hardly has time to enjoy yet. Next time perhaps. Cheers.

Nice RTS sea view. At A5 blk, 2 bathrooms very good, beds were comfy to sleep. Living room & Kitchen areas are smaller, Balcony also, but was alright. May not suits families with young kids as some furniture may have edges, not rounded. Overall stays with Anju was good. Hassle free to collect & return keys cards.

Is a nice place for family trip or any gathering, the cleanliness of the house is good, dont have any dust. The room is suitable for up to 5 or 6 people. The location is not difficult to find but the parking is a bit hard and there is two entrance which is mall entrance and R&F residential entrance that confuse people during exit using tng card or access card.

Fast response from host.. will surely come back again.. though check in and check out was a bit if hassle.but for the price paid its worth it.

Nice & clean apt. King bed hard & Queen bed can feel spring. Instead the sofa & queen sofa bed r better to sleep on. Apt is @A5-2 blk, each time up need change lift @3A/lvl 4, or access direct by the mall toilet beside. Nice sea view overlook RTS. More shops open below at mall.

Excellent with local food galore, Supermarkets, Coffee Bean, BK and conveniently located near CIQ.

The room is not really well-kept. It could be better. Ants were spotted in kitchen. Bed and pillows are not the most comfortable. We have to clear own rubbish before checking out. It's a little challenging in the process of searching for our block in the gigantic car park. Overall, still acceptable for the price!

nice room and staff, clean and tidy. Got dryer but no slippers. Walking distance from CIQ, but a bit noisy since near highway. Will choose next time.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to CIQ. The apartment is very spacious and conducive for families with children. Cleanliness of the apartment is very good.

The location is convenient to travel around. The room is clean and well equipped with facilities. The view is magnificent. The only thing to note is the noise from the causeway which can't be avoided especially during the night time (thu, fri, sat and sun) when both jb-sg/ sg-jb roads are congested. Overall, it is a good staycation for my family. Thank you Host for the prompt service.

Systematic check in and check out process. Had a good time staying with my family. Place was generally clean, some ants but not too big of an issue. Sheets and towels were clean. Do bring your own toothbrush and toiletries.
