Great experience nice room, A budget hotel with a good location. Walking distance to Aeon Mall, Lotus, and lot of eating places around. Highly recommended,Hotel lobby is clean and pleasant. Reception service is very good. Location is great

On big picture, looks ok. But, there are nose **** on the wall, holes and stains on the mattress. Feel so geli. Location wise is good.

Upon arrival I was told the room I booked was full. I was downgraded. During the midnight, there was big fat flying cockroach in the toilet and also some mini insects on the bed. Hair dryer must request with the receptionist.

Bare minimum, noise isolation is not good, you get what you paid for.

I have to wait for half an hour for the 50 ringgit deposit receipt. It seems that the counter man not willing to issue receipt. I was given a room with no window like a prison cell. The hotel room tag n blanket still with the name Princetan. Apart from these 3 issues, the hotel is generally well maintained.

When I reached my room to find that it was not house-kept, I carried my luggage and walked down to the front-desk for help. In less than half an hour, the staff informed me that the room was ready. It was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioner was quiet.
