The place was super nice, comfortable & clean. Definitely worth my money! :) We had a pleasant time & stay - not to mention the view from the balcony, so mesmerising. Though, the check-in process was a bit confusing, since the lobby was under construction - had to roam around the basement parking to find security guards for assistance.
Overall, everything was great! Recommended! Surely, will be staying here again :)

Fantastic place to stay! The environment is beautiful and peaceful, and the location is convenient yet quiet. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only area for improvement is the WiFi, which is a bit slow in the bedroom but works fine in the living room. Overall, the stay was very satisfying and absolutely worth the price!

The host was Chinese and let me check in early. (I don't know why the hotel name says TOKYO. He's actually Chinese.)
The room was nice. The reasonable interior was made to look luxurious.
There was also water and amenities.
When I first entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes. I opened the window for an hour and a half to ventilate, but it didn't get better, so I borrowed a deodorant.
The host was very friendly. I could see the ocean and the bridge from the window.
I've stayed at R&F with different hosts a few times, but this one-room type room is not very well-made, with no ventilation fan in the bathroom and a closet next to the toilet.
Also, there was no iron in this room, and although there was a cutting board, I couldn't find a knife no matter how much I looked on the shelf, so I couldn't cook.
Overall, it was okay.

Very very good! This unit exceeded our expectation! My photos taken after our stay, sorry it doesn’t do much justice because my young kids didn’t have the chance to take photos upon arrival.
The Good:
- Very clean!! No insects.
- Renovations like hotel!
- Smells good.
- Towel provided good quality and clean
- Provided disposable toothbrush, shower cap, comb, slippers and shaver like hotel standard.
- Provided 6 bottles of bottled water
- Cold aircon
- Clean bedding
- Nice and peaceful view
- Good security
- Blackout curtains
- Very responsive service, just WhatsApp and will respond almost immediately and it’s 24/7 on standby.
- Allowed early check in
For improvement:
- pillows too soft, the adults including myself woke up with some stiff neck.
- Security abit troublesome but is needed.
- Mobile reception for my Malaysia line is very very weak but can detect and use my Singapore line instead.
- Very weak wifi in the room when doors are close, can’t load videos.
Overall I love it and will return. Just hope they’ll improve on pillows.

The room was beautiful and well-equipped, like a model room. You can see Singapore from the room. It's also just over 10 minutes away from JB Sentral Station on a covered walkway.
All the necessary amenities, such as shampoo and toothbrushes, are provided. There are also plenty of bath towels.
The kids were delighted and said they wanted to live here.
There are no negative points about the room.
It's perfect. However, the parking lot was difficult to find, and the card key we were given didn't work for entering the parking lot.
When we contacted the owner, he came right away and helped us out. We also received a nice gift when we checked out.
