Basically, this hotel is good in terms of location and price. The only turn down is the room service not efficient. Waiting nearly 2 hrs just to get the iron and ironing board. They should provide these amenities in every room for the comfort of the hotel guest.

Generally service is good, the room that I stayed at 12th floor is clean and the bed is comfortable to sleep.Only hiccup is on a rainy day my room window is not water proof.

Its been sometime since i last came here . The front desk staffs are kind and efficient as always . 👍
Room is always clean and equipped . 👍
They provided toothbrush etc, room slippers as well . Aircon is fine too . Breakfast was nice . 👍
The only con is: pool need to be clean alrdy pls because to compare my prev stays, usually the pool was clean enough .
Requested for a late checkout this time round and they allowed it . Thanks 😊

I recommend you to stay here for affordable price and you will also feel welcome by the staffs when you are here . 😊 Also, take the renovated room if you prefer a newly and modern look . I have stayed in both the old type and the renovated one and both are actually clean and cozy . 😊

Its near KSL so the location is quite good. Breakfast was not bad. The prata station is good! Overall okay to stay .

We recently stayed at Crystal Crown Hotel near KSL, opting for a newly renovated room. Initially, I had high hopes for the room, but it turned out to be less impressive than expected.
Room Issues:
• Kettle Water Heater: The kettle was quite odd—it required me to keep pressing the button for it to heat the water, unlike normal kettles where it works automatically.
• Shower Water Heater: The water heater in the shower wasn’t functional at night, and in the morning, it only provided minimal warmth, far from sufficient for comfortable use.
• Cabinet Concern: I noticed that the circuit breaker cabinet was left open above, which seemed unsafe. I avoided touching it, but its exposed state was concerning.
Positives:
• The bathroom looked new, and the sink and bed were in decent condition, though nothing extraordinary.
• The housekeeping and dining area staff were polite and welcoming, which added a pleasant touch to our stay.
Overall, while the room had potential, these small yet significant issues impacted our experience. The service was good, but I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to improve the overall quality of their accommodations.

Very good location with a lot of eateries. Walking distance to KSL mall. Car park lift to hotel rooms don't feel secured. Room sound insulation quite bad, always heard water flowing sound and children jumping sound. Buffet breakfast, the food not bad. The lady chef at the egg station keep chit chat while cooking with her colleague without wearing mouth mask. I think the hygiene discipline must be stricter impose by the hotel. My clothes smells after the breakfast.
