Room was big and spacious. Used a wet tissue to clean all the table tops amd switches and damn... it was dirty. But its cool cause we only booked the room to stay for the night. Just had to clean everything myself before using. Amenities like bottled water and toiletries were provided. Breakfast on the other hand, was not too bad. A wide variety like noodles and rice, bread and cornflakes.

With full of regrets,the worst family experiences we ever had staying in JB in terms of 1. Very poor hygienes , unclean room with visible dusts , baby cockroaches and maintenance with no working hair dryer , spoilt shower head 2. Unfriendly customer service 3. No answer or no call back room service (1st time experience in life) 4. charging 10 RMB for extra towel requests like budget hotel 5. Morning breakfast served by unclean utensils 6. Very poor swimming water condition with bad smells, plastic bag and straws

Amerin Hotel is definitely not for fussy vacationers. A Hotel with adequate facilities. Service staff were friendly. Room amenities could be better. One of the living room window couldn't be closed properly. And the master toilet door made a popping sound every time it's being closed. 🤷🏾♂️ Almost sounded like it was going to smashed into pieces. Location was good and very accessible to city centre with some food joints nearby. We went to Legoland which was only about 15mins away. Breakfast at the cafe was good on 1st day but the next day was begged to differ with a big group causing a mess with the food display. The cafe was understaffed to handle the big group but kudos to them as they stayed patient throughout. Management could better anticipated the big crowd and ensured proper staffing. Overall, stay was satisfactory. May consider to stay again, but mainly due to the location.

Room is big. Buffet spread ok. Aircon stopped by itself but can switch on again immediately.

Buffet breakfast was adequate for the price paid. Main downside is that the walls are quite thin and there's only 2 lifts servicing all the occupants - quite difficult to even get into a lift (all packed) during check out time.

I booked a Queen bed room. Overall, the room is great, comfortable, and cozy. The air conditioner is very cold too. The toilet is clean overall, but there is some mold in certain areas. Pros: ✅ WiFi ✅ Mini refrigerator ✅ Safe box ✅ Tea bags / instant coffee in the room ✅ Free in-house parking Cons: ❌ Some areas of the toilet have mold. ❌ Shower head shows signs of rust and mold.

Very spacious room and toilet. However, there were hair strands on the bed and floor. Wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom towel rack was rusty. Facet was also shaky. It was very dark to shower when shower curtain was pulled since it blocked out the only light in the bathroom. There was also mild stench (dried up sweat) on the blanket.

Very nice hotel with big room and comfortable mattress and pillow. The breakfast was good with variety of options. This hotel comes with swimming pool, spa and gym. Location strategic opposite giant hypermarket and nearby restaurants.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Only some rust marks on the bathroom mirror and brown stain on the bath towel. I got it replaced so it was alright.

Value for money. Nice Breakfast Buffet.

This is my second time staying at Amerin and while it is very affordable and indeed a bang for your buck, there could be several improvements to be implemented. The bfast selection is quite underwhelming and the interior of the hotel is a bit dated. Do also note the hotel is quite a distance from CIQ so factor that in when you are travelling around to explore JB

Very unpleasant, not clean at all, very dusty. The only place we enjoyed the rooftop was to take pictures.

Amenities good. Room is clean. Food is good. We love the wide ranged of drinks choice in this hotel restaurant during b/ fast. All of my family able to have our favorite drink
