A central fairly clean big hotel room. Room can see get worn out by visitors especially from spore. I entered room, floor carpet can see bread crumps but I act blur cos lazy to feedback.
But service can be better. No reply to acknowledge my email to receive parcel. My parcel ended up at G floor security booth and uncollected.
The chat function does not work, and no one called me to follow up during my stay.
Hotel should offer late checkout on weekdays on non spore holidays. Hotel unlikely full occupancy on weekdays, because spore need to work!

Lost count of the number of times we have stayed here. Service is always commendable.
The amenities were very much lacking. Towels are worn out, body wash was less than half full, and the body lotion was even rancid.

Loved it there! It’s my 3rd or 4th time there! Definitely my choice of place to stay especially with a young kid and elderly parent.

We were staying at room 2906, the floor trap in the shower area was choked and it flooded the whole toilet area. Bad experience on this.

Very convenient location to the checkpoint, clean and big room! Not many tv channels but glad still can screen share using the tv.

Love the room size. With bathtub will be perfect. Hotel breakfast buffet spread variety was good and delicious. Only one lift working when we checked in hence causing jam at the lobby area. Problem was quickly solved the next day.

I was given early check in hence I could rest for awhile before heading out again. Room was clean, cosy and comfortable. This was not my first time staying at Holiday Inn JBCC. Location is super convenient as it’s located next to Komtar and City Square!

There a smell on the pillow (probably from previous room occuppant). Pillow was quite flat.
Bidet pipe burst in the middle of the night when we are sleeping. And took around 2hours to settle the situation. No apologies from them.
Long queue in breakfast, in the end sitting in bar counter to had our breakfast.
Location is good. Near to msia custom.

Very comfortable pillows. Convenient for staying if you are catching the train at jb sentral. The hotel is above Komtar mall and you can access via the link bridge to JB Sentral or cross the road at McDonald if mall is closed.
City Square Mall is beside.

Good clean room. aircon takes time to be cold but definitely cold after 2 hours . Variety of breakfast spread . All good I would say.

Excellent location within 10mins walk from custom building, with sheltered all the way. Rooms are spacious.

The hotel is very near city square mall and custom. The hotel wqs well maintained and staff were friendly. However, pillows got a weird musky smell.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in JB. Room got strong smell, pillow ERY DIRTY, n has strong smells of sweat.
Never clean the room whole morning during we went out, and afternoon did cleaning service, but never top up the tea bag.
Won’t stay this any more when we come back JB !
