The room small, and if you want to pray, need to adjust a bit. Book this hotel because easy to access restaurant.

2nd time staying here. The room is decent and big for the price. The walls are thin so late at night you can hear your neighbours opening and closing their doors which can be noisy. Room is generally clean but the toilet has a weird smell probably from the piping. Location is good, 15 mind to mid valley, 20 mins to paradigm mall and 15 mins to CIQ.

Upon checking in, the staff told me that they are fully booked and only left with one room. Which was absurd cause I already made a reservation, they should have 2 twin single rooms ready for me. The staff connected me with their manager, the manager didn’t even sound apologetic or do a service recovery or even come up with any solution. I had to frantically try to find another lodging option. After asking the manager whether they have any other types of room available, that was only when they checked and gave me a queen size room. The cleanliness has to be improved, the bedsheets had stains on them.
