I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations in several areas. Firstly, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room late night, which made it difficult to sleep. It’s surprising for a hotel of this standard not to address basic noise insulation. Another point of disappointment was the pillow options. Unlike the hotel next door, this one didn’t offer any hard or buckwheat pillows. When I requested a firmer pillow, housekeeping sent a memory foam pillow — but without a pillowcase. I had to request one separately and put it on myself, which felt like something the staff should have handled. Next disappointing moment was with the concierge. During the first two nights, the staff simply asked for my car number and handled the carpark access efficiently. But later in the stay, when I provided my car plate, the response was just, “You scan QR code will do,” with no explanation or courtesy. It came off as rude, especially compared to the initial experience. On the positive side, the front office, breakfast café, and car park staff were pleasant and helpful. They were professional and made those parts of the stay smoother. Overall, there are areas for improvement, especially regarding service consistency, soundproofing, and pillow amenities. I hope the hotel takes this feedback constructively. Thank you.

15 mins drive away from town centre, it’s a quiet area to stay with a breathtaking scenery from the window view of your room up on the 21st floor. Great if you have a car to zip around. There is a Joe’s grocery, a local mini market that stocks a astoundingly comprehensive inventory for its unassuming size and first impressions. A few flats and apartments are also nearby. Room is clean and huge with a view of the kampung surroundings where roosters crow below but it didn’t affect me at all like it did to some reviewers. Kitchen area complete with cups, plates, microwave oven, induction cooker, fridge, jug, coffee and tea facilities. Living area has 4 seater sofa and TV well distanced from kitchen. Room is separated from living area. It’s a huge unit with a curtained window to the walkway just like a condo unit. Toilet is clean and huge with strong water pressure and heater. Toiletries are provided in the room although there is no hair dryer. Covered car park is provided in a 2 storey car park levels secured by a security guard at ground level. Wonderful place. Breakfast provided at $20 per pax.

New hotel and worth the stay, but for 1person hotel room is really small. Nearby Chinese foods also available in the area. At night 1 Indian restaurant is open just opposite the hotel.

We have been here so many times, and always have great impression except this. The hotel is getting older, more busy, so much of the cleanliness is neglected. So much stain on the sofa & 2 parts of the carpet which we called to informed immediately after check-in, the aircon was down too, wonder if they service or clean, oil needed to be added to slowly work. Didnt allow to change room due to no vacancy for similar type we paid for, asked us to downgrade to another cheaper room which we werent keen, said will help us next day but didnt do anything. Obtained blanket to cover stain, carpet stains were still there as promised to deliver mats but didnt.

1st time rent this apartment. Feel very confuse at 1st time of the actual entrance. House so far ok. They wrote 1 king & 3 queen size bed. When I go in see is actually 3 queen type only. Bed also very hard & not comfortable. Balcony is big & view is ok but must be careful if have kids there alone as they might use chair to climb up see the view & quite dangerous. Do not have extra rubbish bag for us to throw rubbish. Tissue & toilet roll also give quite limited. WiFi is good. Key card only give 1 & is quite troublesome if I go out with my family & they back 1st, i after then go up, she must go down with my 2 kids to open entrance door & tap card at lift to bring me up which is very troublesome. Return back I don't think so.

Rooms are clean and new with all the basic amenities provided. Impressed by the hotel car lift parking. You know your car is in good hands when Parking was guided with by a muscular staff. Lol. Friendly receptionist and conceige. It's a pleasant stay. I'm coming back for sure!!

Clean and spacious. The building is newly built, so everything looks so new. Comfy and convenient place to stay with restaurants/ marts/ even rnf mall nearby. Nice sea view. Units are provided with coffee/bottle waters/netflix/fridge/washing machine etc same as description. Good service from the host ! Very responsive and clear instruction for check in. Highly recommended to all.

This is our first stay at KSL Hotel & Resort and immediately we are falling in love with it. Here is the feedback based on our experience. Location: 5/5. Super duper convenient to the nearby eatery via grab or walking distance. Cleanliness: 4/5. We saw some coarse grain sugar dropped by the previous guest and not properly clean/overlooked by the housekeeper. Bed, pillow & toilet are clean. Amenities: 4/5. We booked a 3 guests room but only received a necessity for 2 guests, like bath towel, toothbrush, hotel slippers & cups. No supply for the shower cap, sanitary bag & laundry bag, please bring your own if needed. The wardrobe hang bar in vertical orientation instead of horizontal where it relatively reduces the amount of clothes you can hang. The shower glass door cannot close properly and eventually the shower water split out to the dry area. Toilet seat with build in bidet which is a plus point. Hotel room card was given 3 cards. Service: 4.5/5. Check-in and checkout are both very smooth and fast. Hotel also provided luggage storage which is great where you can park your luggages b4 check-in or after checkout, great and thanks a lot for that. I think that's why the hotel doesn't have the lobby area with sofa coz the management uses the space for the guest to store their luggages while they can do their errands. We will definitely come to stay at KSL Hotel & Resort if the price is right 👍.

The room was spacious, bright and clean. I enjoyed staying in the room a lot. Service was great, the staff were helpful. Couple things - the location albeit near to CIQ, there is no direct walkway hence grab is a necessity. They provide shuttle buses on an hourly basis, one way out of the hotel which is very comfortable. Amenities wise I had emailed the hotel to specifically confirm that the gym, pool and sauna will be open during the period of my stay. However, the sauna was closed when I visited. There was also a stale smell coming from the sauna. The gym was simple but spacious, it would be nice if they could add a cable pulley machine. The pool is facing the morning sun. I did not try their breakfast.

Location of the hotel is superb. It's just right across KSL mall. Staff was very accommodating during check in - we requested for a king bed and was told to wait an hour for our room to be ready. Our room was quite clean and very spacious. The only downside was that the shower gel and shampoo were in small bottles, not quite enough for 2 pax.
