The overall condition is good; everything has met my expectations for a standard hotel room. However, there is one thing that I'm unsatisfied with: I booked a room for three adults, but the amenities provided are only for two people (two pairs of slippers, two toothbrushes, two towels, etc.). There's no telephone number to call the front desk, so I went down personally to inform them about the situation. The staff promised to send the missing items to our room later, but no one came at all.

location is pretty near checkpoint by grab. not alot of shopping nearby, but there’s a nasi lemak stall opposite the hotel, and down the road abt 7min walk, there’s a short stretch of eateries. the ramly outside banafe was SUPERB. interior wise, room was not bad. abit old but ok. lifts are slow and during checkout time we waited 10min and still did not get to enter a lift. a random unfortunate instance- fridge wasn’t working, but we managed to get a cup of ice from the restaurant below. overall for the price paid i think it was ok. there’s a cafe at the ground floor which we went cos it was raining one morning.

Room Number: 1113 Positives: - location (opposite Komtar, walking from jb customs) - Big room - Comfortable bed - Wide variety breakfast buffet - Pretty nice views from top floor (21st floor) - usb bedside charging (both sides of the bed) - dual door wardrobe - nice sneaking toiletries Negatives - My room toured swimming pool view. Yes can see the oool but the opposite building (Suasana Suites) very near. Had to keep curtains closed throughout the stay - limited tv channels - shower water could be hotter - sink water pressure quite low - could hear people talking outside the room (corridor) - chargeable hotel parking (10rm per day and each time before exiting the hotel, need to validate the parking ticket)

Room Number: 1128, 1129 Pros: - nice sea view - comfortable bed - separate bathtub and shower area - Huge pool (feels like a resort, with slide for children so very family friendly) - decent size gym - breakfast buffet had decent variety and taste (very value for money given cost of room) - staff were friendly and proactive Cons - Room shows serious signs of ageing. Even though could see that it was refurbished, things still look like they are falling apart - not sure if it’s just my room, but tv channels come and go. Sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. Limited channels as well. - pillow was way too soft - My King size bed was actually two super single beds put together. - Only bath towels provided and it was very worn. No other towels provided. - Not really baby friendly as there hotel does not have baby shower tub. Thankfully room comes with a bath tub - sound insulation pretty bad. Could hear sounds from the corridor

Hotel is old but room is clean. Basement carpark is dirty and has sewage smell but otherwise the whole hotel seems relatively clean. Basic amenities are provided, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, hand soap, cotton bud, shower and shampoo. Only shaver not provided. Location is good near KSL mall.

First time staying. To my surprise, there's no power socket by/near the bed, which can be a bit inconvenient, had to unplug other location to use it. There was a power trip in the whole building, I was trapped in the lift, horrific experience. Took about 20mins for the power to return and to stabilise, after the incident certain floors, there was no WiFi coverage and TV signal. No explaination or apology/compensation was given when we approached the staff.

My Trip was only for a day as my son wanted to stay in JB. It was my second time staying and I was glad that the service was very very much better then before. I had my first review and this is my second time I review about this hotel. This time they checked everything before I step inside my room. Tv was fine. It's was just 1 day stay so I couldn't much pic. Only got 1 to show the view. SeaView. Will stay in the hotel again for more days and write about it further. 2nd time staying at Capri but different room (this time Studio Executive King on the 23rd Floor). The only thing is that the bathing area of the bathroom, you need to ensure that the screen is firmly stick onto the glass panal or tape. As the screen will have a gap that the next building residence can see into the bathing area. Other than that, the room and location is great.

The room is small and cheap after all. Hygiene is not daily cleaning, no minibar. There is no place to eat nearby at night, there is a 711 under renovation. There are almost no buses around, and there is nothing to shop around. It takes about half an hour to get to the mall

There is free parking which is good. Room and bed super clean. However needs a kettle, mini fridge to make it complete. Booked a room that stated it has window but they ran out of rooms thus got the one without windows which is really small. Really just need a kettle and mini fridge. Suitable for a night stay maybe. Hair dryer is almost as good as No hair dryer. This hotel has potential if the amenities are better. But overall a very clean place.
