It is my 3rd day of stay in this resort and it exceeded my expectation. I rented a 5 room villa and it is superbly maintained, comfy and clean. It is located just next to the golf course and the view is fantastic. At night you could hear the sound of insects with cool breeze. The staff here are helpful and courteous. We had dinner in the Club and most of the dishes are very good especially the duck π¦ . Activities wise it caters to all age and personalities- we played tennis, table tennis, swimming pool with slide for kids. Weβll like try archery before leaving tomorrow. There are many other things here like table pool, gym, squash, horse riding, a small field for football and of course golf- we wonβt have time for all these this time π. I will give a 5 Star βοΈ rating for this resort in overall offerings, service and value. Keep it up Tg Puteri Golf Resort β³οΈ ππ

Stayed here for one night because I have an early morning ferry to catch from Pasir Gudang port. Good value as the price is quite cheap rm80+ for a queen bed room.
The staff is nice and helpful, hotel is safe and nearby are little shops and many parking available.
The room is just nice and quite okay in terms of size and space. Toilet is also large and water is running smoothly.
However, there are rubbish below bed and mattress not that white and clean. Dusty television and drawers too. I didn't take photos because I was in a rush and didnt stay long.
So I didn't mind that much of the room because I use it basically just to sleep and shower. Also because it is less than 10mins to ferry harbour.
If you're staying for holiday and leisure; might want to reconsider.

The overall condition is good; everything has met my expectations for a standard hotel room.
However, there is one thing that I'm unsatisfied with: I booked a room for three adults, but the amenities provided are only for two people (two pairs of slippers, two toothbrushes, two towels, etc.). There's no telephone number to call the front desk, so I went down personally to inform them about the situation. The staff promised to send the missing items to our room later, but no one came at all.

Consistent with brand standards, bulk-size amenities are provided here at the Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre and while I do appreciate the positive impact these initiatives have on the environment, the body wash bottles located by the shower area were empty when I checked-in to the room. The opaque bottles definitely make it hard for housekeeping to check whether a top-up is required so this is quite certainly a pain point for everyone.
Affordable and modern rooms in a great location make Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre a great choice for travellers from Singapore without private transport.

Everyone in my group loved it. My kids loved it so much. Clean, spacious.
We arrived late but they were very accommodating with the set up of the extra bed.
My only gripe was there's no extra key card so while the kids were resting in the room, I had to ask for assistance from front desk to help me get into my room. N I ran alot of errands π but the staff were very nice. Aircon wasn't very cold for a new hotel wish we could have increase the speed of the ceiling fan.

The location is convenient to travel around. The room is clean and well equipped with facilities. The view is magnificent. The only thing to note is the noise from the causeway which can't be avoided especially during the night time (thu, fri, sat and sun) when both jb-sg/ sg-jb roads are congested. Overall, it is a good staycation for my family. Thank you Host for the prompt service.
