A good budget friendly place to stay for a quick trip.

I was told the pool was up and running. When we came to check it they informed us it had been closed for some time now. The first 1 hr of being there a saw a roach in the room. No batteries in the remote to watch tv. On the 2nd day I asked room service to clean the room because we had to stay another night and they never came to clean. Never again.

Always no one in desk and when found rude lady

The room was disgusting. Holes in the walls, reeked of **** and cigarettes, cockroaches and more. When the staff was approached about the problems they just handed us a can of bug spray and apologized. Don’t waste your time. Find somewhere that you won’t feel disgusting staying in.

Zero out of zero would never recommend to visit this hotel when I got in my room it was a terrible smell. It was a little bit cold so I turned on the heater. The heater smelled like it was burning so I shut it off and then I got hot so I turned on the AC thinking maybe it might be different And all it was doing was lingering a very moldy smell, and when I went to go look at the AC, there was black marks along the lining of the AC. When I went to go check out the following morning the front desk lady who always works mornings was very rude extremely rude. Wouldn’t even allow me to say anything and asked if I smoked in the room. I told her no which I wouldn’t even have time to because I woke up late and left my doctors appointment which is why I was out there , so I hurried up and pack my belongings and she went to check the room so I can get my deposit back told me there was a lot of smoke in the room I said maybe it’s from your AC unit because it smells wouldn’t even allow me to finish speaking I have asthma I can’t even smoke. And on top of it she said that she’s been having numerous complaints about it smelling like **** in there and she’s been hearing it for days. I stayed one night and I checked in roughly around 6:00 PM left came back right my belongs in around 10 PM extremely rude staff, not accommodating whatsoever. There was a huge red stain in the middle of the room. I found a used feminine product behind the bed. I had to change the lightbulb from the top of the bathroom sink and put it in the lamp in order to see in the room would never recommend. Extremely rude lady every time I visit she tells me I’m not allowed to come back and this time I’ve just had enough this by far was the worse room I’ve been in and was completely discussed and bc I do not have a car I had no option but to stay till the following mornjng. Never will I visit again. Someone needs to check her or fire her for her attitude and accusations. It’s very very extremely rude to accuse someone of smoking the other day there when I wasn’t even there then cut me off when I try to say I stayed one night.

I enjoyed the hotel. Very peaceful and clean. Staff was very professional. Would recommend this hotel to others. Will stay again soon. Only wish they had smoking rooms. But overall a great value for my bucks.

Strong smoke smell in the halls, peeling paint everywhere, including the rooms. Cigarette smoke smell in the nonsmoking room. Oh, and top it off with a hole in the wall next to the window. We left 15 minutes after getting there due to asthma issues from the residual smoke and hole in the wall. Was told we would get a refund, 2 weeks on and we never got the refund. Slum hotel.

The most horrible Stay I have ever experienced in my life. The toilet was broken, the hallway before you get to room I was in 115 stunk. I went there at 4 am paid 110.00 for a horrible disgusting room. I felt unsafe I was driving home so I needed a couple hours of sleep. Smoke detector was not in place. I am contacting the city of Joliet to report this place. No one should stay here. Dirty room which included shower not washed, floors carpet not vacuumed, beds cigarette stains on bedding, holes in bedding. I telephone police department in Joliet they stated unsafe and have had problems there and motel 6. Please do not stay at this hotel, spend more to feel safe somewhere else. I have disputed the charge of $110.00 with my bank. Front desk would not give me manager or owner info I’m going to BBB. Also no breakfast at all, excuse was there truck did not come in. Coffee was nasty and lukewarm. Overall: HOTEL FROM HELL
