We stayed here because on the good reviews I saw on choice hotels website, it was expensive for a quality inn but we stayed here thinking it would be nice. The lobby is beautiful, that put me at ease until we climbed the stairs because the elevator was out of service. We walked in our room and thought this isn’t bad except for all the stains on the carpet and the tiny little TV. We unpacked and I told my son I was going to take a shower before we went to dinner. I opened the bathroom door and urine all over the floor, and I don’t mean a little bit. I called down the desk and the girl working the desk came up and cleaned it. We went to dinner and when we came back after leaving the AC on 60 for an hour, it was atleast 80 in our room. Again I went downstairs to the office and the girl working apologized to me and said she thought they fixed it. She gave me keys to another room on the other end of the hotel upstairs. Finally we got a cool room to sleep. One more thing I noticed, they allow pets which is fine with me, I love dogs. But the oder around the corner from the office was so strong it burnt your eyes. Now it was 90 outside and that very well could have helped making the Oder so strong. In my last review I said staying at a quality inn was like a crapshoot, last time I won, this time I lost. I’m done with quality inn hotels, from now on I’ll keep traveling until I find a Comfort Suites.
