Here’s the revised review: I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The most significant issue is the lift, which hasn't been working, and the staff seems clueless about when it will be fixed. Additionally, the service phones are unreliable and often don't work. Cleanliness is also a major concern; we found a cockroach running through the breakfast spread in the morning, and the rooms were not up to standard. On top of that, many functions on the AC remote didn't work, and several lights in the room were out. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Horrible experience. The hotel authorities called and informed that it is not possible to provide accommodation at the price paid through makemytrip and demanded more money

Very neat clean hotel. Staff are well mannered and well behaved. About food items a bit costly. This hotel is located in the heart of the city near to jorhat town railway station.

I have been staying in this hotel for years but for first time i didn’t fell the same comfort as before. Room walls very dirty, breakfast was terrible.
