The hotel was gorgeous! Very beautiful and clean. The check-in clerk was very helpful! We could see that there were several activities available, such as multiple pools and the beach, but unfortunately weren't staying long enough to take advantage of many of them. We did enjoy lunch on a restaurant built on a pier over the ocean with absolutely beautiful views!

Todo super. Todo muy bonito y excelente aquí. La animación es de lo mejor en especial mariposa la mejor para mi. La competencia de bachata es muy divertida , los bailes que hacen los animadores son los mejores. Los shows me encantaron la comida es de lo mejor 24 7 aquí siempre hay actividades y nos mantienen alegre.

The front desk staff named Manuel it's very polite & respectful, he kindly helped me get an earlier check in. Some other staff may come by as a bit condescending, but since I may appear as a local that might of influenced the treatment. May main focus was finding a clean/safe beach after Karol G concert and I hit the jackpot. Although it is a bit retired from the resort the beach it's beautiful, clean and safe. Premises is very elegant, units are very cozy. Did not enjoyed food from restaurant, very Americanized price point and flavor lol.

the property itself in very nice and clean, rooms are big enough.
front desk personnel excellent, the only other thing I want to mention, and is not positive, is the bartender/server, he does not portray a friendly demeanor, he looks annoyed with his hard look, not very attentive, the place certainly misses Germania a very positive and friendly person,

Yarilis lo máximo.. el volley lo mejor con ella !! Nos reímos mucho y pasamos un rato super agradable con ella. Igual con la fiesta blanca en la noche de los viernes. Ya es la 4ta estadía que tengo en el serenade y he disfrutado muchísimo. 100% recomendado!!!
