Great place! Everything was perfect! The stuff was friendly, breakfast was tasty. The place is very close to the train station. Highly recommend to stay here!

Déçue par cet hôtel, surtout pour le prix.
Accueil peu chaleureux. J’ai séjourné deux nuits : du bruit toute la nuit, comme de l’eau qui coule et des machines à laver qui tournent en continu.
Je l’ai signalé à la réception, mais sans retour.
La deuxième nuit, quelqu’un a même toqué à ma porte. De plus, la chambre n’était qu’à moitié nettoyée (serviettes non remplacées, bouteilles d’eau réclamées plusieurs fois à la réception).
Je ne recommande pas.

Hotel Le Sud is perfectly situated, close to the town centre, beach and train station. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the accommodation is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is superb with a good variety of foods, including scrambled egg and sausages. I have been to this hotel many times and it just improves with age!

Conveniently located 5 minutes from everything. Cool and funky with a friendly face to meet you at check in. We had a joint family room which was spotless, comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. Nice touches of a bottle of water . Breakfast was good and the terrace area near the pool is quiet and clean . Staff are very helpful , efficient and friendly. Bag storage while waiting for the train was convenient as well after checking out so we could check out the town was and added bonus.

Rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices including hot food such as scrambled eggs and sausages. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk from the train station and local town centre, and 5 minutes from the beach. A perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always ensuring everything was ok.

Great hotel in Juan les Pins. Lovely staff, good room and nice area around the pool, Very close to train staion which is great when you want to explore the rest of the coast
