The best hotel in Juba, spacious and clean rooms, great view of both city and mighty River Nile, unforgetable rooftop bar and restaurant experience, number of restaurants, spa, highly secured, many more. Food is not disappointing, particularly the breakfast.

Everything began with a cordial greeting at the Pyramid Continental Hotel in Juba. The Sunday Brunch offers a wide range of delicious international cuisine in addition to live music, a pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff, and a stunning view of Juba city from the tenth floors, where guests can also catch a glimpse of the Nile River and the clear blue sky. It is admirable how cooperative the staff is. Not to mention Turkez, who cheerfully guided us from the entrance. At one point, as I was searching for the curd, she took the initiative to check if it was readily available inside right away. Foodies, particularly those who enjoy fish, must try Neimuddin Sheikh's assortment of fish. Mahmoud Ahmed's Card Tricks provided additional entertainment, including live music and dance. Overall, a delightful and charming experience.

Arriving very late on Monday for a hectic & intense 2 day business trip. All the staff were friendly and cheerful . I give a personal thank you to Timketu for being so accommodating , helpful & supportive during my stay, with hospitable manner.

The view at the 11 Heaven Bar was excellent and all the senerity we loved the music played by Dj Titi and we were served by Ms.Martha she was very happy with good service and the food was very fresh plus the drinks the aerial view was great where you can view juba city.

The services and staff are excellent. When coming to juba, South sudan, this should be your first and final stop incase of hospitality services. I love the customer care services especially from Mrs Asunta the guest relationship manager.

Very satisfied with the Pyramid, for their professional services and the efforts of management, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, and those who take care of all the facilities, including pool and spa. Special thanks to Mr Moustapha and Ms. Judith from Management, and to Benjamin from the breakfast team (to mention only a few)! I look forward to continuing my long stay in this beautiful place and with the lovely Pyramid family. It feels just like home.

The hotel is one of the first outstanding hotel in Juba as per the quality of services provided. In addition the food is very good and clean. Staff are respectful and caring for it guests. The rooms are cleaned and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, the gentleman call Wany at the breakfast makes very good coffee, don’t hesitate to contact him if you want the real cup of coffee! Internet connection is reliable and good.

I really loved the service provided at the spa in general, they have very professional personnel and the hygiene is very good I actually had the best Thai herbal poultice massage and as well good sauna experience ,I highly recommend. Looking forward to going back there once again👌🏾
