The suite is large and suitable for family accommodation

Except for the special location, everything else is good

In my room 201, the wifi doesn't work, the phone doesn't work, the washing machine doesn't work, and no room clean service, really bad experience. The wireless in the room is broken, the phone is broken, the washing machine is broken, and there is no room cleaning service. The whole experience is very poor.

The hotel environment is fine. It's more convenient nearby.

Right in a mall. Shopping is very convenient, eating is convenient

Clean and tidy, worth staying

Everything is always amazing. Rooms have recently been refurbished to a high quality. The staff always go out of their way to be welcoming and friendly. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of all the local restaurants and entertainment facilities. In my opinion, this is a fantastic place to stay in Juffair, and I look forward to going again.

This place is an amazing find for budget travel, do not go anywhere else. It’s perfectly located to access restaurants and shops (for high end stuff you need to go to city centre mall area) but this street literally has everything you need. Megamart up the road is great for miscellaneous bits and pieces, I got a cheap yoga mat in there and you can pick up bottles of water and stuff like that for way cheap. The staff in the hotel could not have been more helpful and nice, they get my messy room spotlessly clean every day and Elvira at the front desk has been super kind and nice and sorted everything out for me. Room is huge with smart tv and a washing machine so I’ve pretty much moved in. Will definitely be back again!

I'd like to commend the staff on their friendly, compassionate, and welcoming attitude towards guests. We stayed in the executive suite on the 12th floor, which was spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. The suites are in the perfect location to enable accessing all of the many local restaurants and drinking establishments. While being near entertainment districts, the room on the 12th floor was actually perfectly quiet with no distractions. All in all, a good stay, and I'll definitely use again.
