O Hotel é simplesmente impecável, o atendimento do momento que você estaciona o carro, até os últimos minutos, atendimento 1000/10. Nunca estive em um hotel que tem troca de toalhas e tapetes, até 2x 3x no dia, quartos limpos. Atendimento de todos os funcionários excelente sem exceções. Grata pelo cuidado com a nossa Família, com certeza voltaremos!

Pessoal do hotel muito cordial, fácil caminhar para ir a praia ou shopping/ centro e principais restaurantes, mas eles dispõem de um carinho elétrico que nos leva a todos estes pontos. Piscina deliciosa, serviço de praia muito bom, mas o café da manhã servido pela Sol é inesquecível, com opção de pratos quentes incluindo Croque Madame e Croque Monsier. Também disponível massagem no spa Loccitane que recomendo.

O local é lindo. As instalações e quartos são extremamente limpos com decoração de bom gosto. Os funcionários são sensacionais, proporcionando bem estar com um atendimento simpático, rápido e acolhedor. O Hotel está localizado numa região privilegiada de Juquehy, cercado por muita vegetação nativa. O estabelecimento também conta com serviço de praia que é um “plus”

Muito Lindo e Confortável !
Incrivel ! Bem decorada, atendimento muito especial.
Minha única sugestão é que fiquem atentos ao barulho gerado na cozinha (louça, gavetas, música ) por conta dos quartos tão próximos (que sao um show de lindos e confortáveis) talvez o barulho atrapalhe quem goste de dormir até mais tarde . Só uma dica …

Equipe muito bem treinada, super simpáticos e solícitos, opção de escolha do cardápio do café da manhã e do frigobar, arrumação dos quartos 2 X por dia com produtos l'occitane, transporte para praia e centro disponibilizado pelo hotel através de carro elétrico. Parabéns por fazer a nossa estadia muito agradável. com certeza voltaremos!!!

Tudo maravilhoso! Os funcionários muito educados e solicitos. Adorei a Sol 🥰 Comida muito boa, mas poderiam dar mais opções… Limpeza do quarto, poderia ser um pouco melhor. Principalmente na parte dos chuveiros. Mas de resto, tudo ótimo! Recomendo o hotel!
