The resort provided a pleasant experience overall, however, there was a disturbance during the night caused by an Asian palm civet running over the ceiling for approximately 2 hours, resulting in a loud noise that disrupted our peace. Furthermore, the bill received during checkout left us feeling disappointed. The cost of tea was priced at 116₹ per serving, while the banana fry was priced at 180₹.I will not suggest this hotel to anyone.

An excellent place for a staycation with family, services really very good, food is little overpriced in my opinion otherwise food is good and delicious, especially the complementary breakfast was supb .Pools are kids friendly my little one really enjoyed it. Overall 5/5

We had a very great time here with our staff. The people in the reception were very welcoming with a cheerful heart. We can never say any complaint here. The stay, ambience, food, amenities everything is excellent. The housekeeping staffs are also very kind.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to Shyam and team for the wonderful hospitality extended to us during our visit yesterday .We were treated like a family and the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home.. The service was exceptional with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable . Special thanks to Chef Ebanezar for the incredibly delicious food which was a delightful culinary experience for all of us including my aged mother. Totally bowled over by the impeccable hygiene standards and squeaky clean premises and rooms. Thanks indeed for making our visit truly memorable Looking forward to visiting again.....God bless

Eine royale oase mitten im heißen Kerala! Wir hatten eine geile Zeit und haben uns gefühlt wie Maharadschas! Nachts auf dem Balkon mit einem kleinen Spliff auf den See, Pool und schönen Garten zu schauen gab uns das Gefühl, dass diese kranke Welt noch ein bisschen Schönes zu bieten hat. Besonders lieb zu uns waren Ms. Seethal und Ms Reshma.

This property is situated near a Lake, which is very beautiful and people can take privilege of it. The service is very good. Food is also ultimate. The location is between varkala and city. Rooms are also very good. Overall very good experience.

Lake palace has given me one of the best memorable vacation. Starting with the place where it is located, kadinamkulam, a beautiful location that offers a calm and serene vibe. The hotel is lake facing and I stayed in the lake view deluxe room which was superb. Their housekeeping is so amazing that everytime I came back to my room, I got an air of freshness. Sheetal and Reshma at the reception are the friendliest and most hospitable people and they definitely are doing justice to their profession. They just made my stay so comfortable. Manoj Kumar sir who is the AGM of the hotel is one of the most intellectual and kind person I have met. The way he treats the guests is commendable. Rahul who took us for kayaking is yet another amazing human. I was extremely terrified but he was so kind and motivating. The buffet breakfast here was just yummyyyyy. Alao, there is a local bar and an executive bar within the premise that offers great food. The food at the local bar is a must try. The bar manager Mr.Binu is friendly and one of the rare people you would meet who is passionate about his job. In short, I loved every bit of the stay and I am hoping to visit the place again asap.
