Everything was good. Good service, good food and the sea side view is amazing!

This is the worst hotel that we've ever stayed in! Apart from the Reception area, the whole place was very run down and in bad need of a revamp. Our room was big but very grubby and the bathroom was disgusting/dirty - rust on all the fittings, rotten door frame and the floor was stained and permanently wet. The food was poor and even though we were on a all inclusive package, we felt that we had to eat out every night. We visited was the end of the season and there was no atmosphere in teh palce at all. To top it all off, my wife's jewelry was stolen from the bedroom by a member of staff and the management seemed completely disinterested when we reported it

Staff is very frindly and kind. Rooms are spacious with fantastic view, drinks are totally fine. Hotel is placed in a great spot. Not far from the city center, where you can get easily and cheap with a bus. 5 min. from nice large beach with crystal clear water. BUT: We choose that hotel as a place to get rest as a family. We always look for a hotel with kids club to entertain kids 2h a day, so the adults can have a time for themselves. For whole week there was no kids club at all. The animation team informed us that it is no available, because the door to kids club needs to be fixed and it should be done in 1 or 2 days, but it havent been done for whole our stay. Kids disco was available just for 2 first days and later there was totally nothing to do there. Any other entertainment as shows etc. which states on the hotels site didn't exist. In thet hotel you can just sleep, drink and eat. I belive that during the season it can be nice, but when we were there at the end of October, there was totally nothing to do, except free bilard from 10am to 8pm. Rooms are spacious and there is a kettle, but they are not clean. Under the bed we found socks left by someone else, a lot of dust everywhere and there is mould in bathroom. Cleaning service just maked our beds and changed the towels, but the floor was still with sand and dust. Restaurants al carte were closed. Food is not the best, but I think everyone can find something for themselves. Ice creams and turkish pancakes were closed (because end of season). Hotel beach very dirty with lots of fags etc. You could book free pedal boat or canoe for 15 min., but unfortunately there was to big waves and the team told us it is not allowed in such a weather condition. Free wifi is everywhere in the hotel.
