The view from the room was extraordinary, you could see the sea and it has big windows and a cute little balcony BUT there’s no wifi service in the rooms and you have to go to the lobby to access internet and there’s too many flys and mosquitoes in the area Also the elevators are so old and actually one of two broke during my staying so I usually had to take the stairs and i was in 5th floor ☹️

Мы приехали в практически пустой отель, поэтому была возможность выбора номера. В 3 из них либо были разбиты двери балкона, шкафа, либо не работал кондиционер, либо душ, отсутствовали розетки и прочее. Наконец-то нам удалось найти приемлемое, главное - что работал кондиционер, вентиляции в санузле не было и в этом номере (2103), а душ нам заменили в течение суток, так же удалось заполучить и холодильник, грязнющий, но отмытый на второй день, крючков в туалете никаких, держателя для туалетной бумаги нет, зеркало закреплено еле-еле, но свет в ванной в отличие от других номеров приличный. Потолок подвесной с огромными щелями, но этот недостаток был замечен лишь ночью, когда оттуда полезли комары, пару десятков удалось изничтожить, остальные мстили за собратьев. Главная менеджер Цесарка "любезно" предложила купить фумигатор, дескать, это гости тащат в отель насекомых и размножают их перед заселением. Из 12 дней пребывания в отеле горячая вода была только 4 раза. Именно раза, поскольку этот момент бал трудно уловим. Цесарка считает горячей воду в жарких странах в 30⁰, однако до потребителя доходит 22⁰-25⁰. Понятно, что сезон лишь начался, и нечего включать бойлер для жалких 20 гостишек. Разговаривает хамски, понимания менеджмента отеля и необходимости составления дефектной ведомости для номеров - нет, тем паче исправления недостатков, и приёмки переделанного. Персонал отеля вполне - и Эрдон, и Метин, и Ферди, и Нафие, и Султанат со Светланой, исключение -подручная Цесарки - Зулейка, редкая лентяйка и чаехлёбка, гордая собой и постоянно помогающая бедным обитателям отеля переподключаться к роутеру, отчего крайне горда и спесива, интернет - отдельная история, только в лобби, и для первых успевших тридцати пользователей, сменить провайдера невдомёк. Постоянно требует ввода пароля, выдавая неверный либо запрет на интернет, короче говоря, допотопный. Два пустых отрицательных персонажа пристроились к Илдис, владелице отеля уже как 20 лет из 40, в течение которых он существует, и менять что-то в лучшую сторону не способны. Теперь о главном - безопасности для клиентов отеля. Лифты за 40 лет никто не менял, обслуживают со слов ежемесячно, что не отменяет сбоев и усталости металла. Балконы, изначально устроены для красоты, система ограждения не выдерживает критики и опасна для жизни, на лестничных пролётах нет ограждения и перил, но, естественно, не везде. Никаких пандусов нет нигде. Мебель веранды пора списывать, бедный серб упал с дивана, оный восстановлению не подлежит. В отеле есть бассейн, конечно же без воды. На вопрос будет ли - получен ответ: а зачем? Впервые сталкиваюсь с подобным, считаю необходимым строже подходить к подбору отелей, весь город в курсе, что такое Мелике, пора им реконструироваться. Про 150 метров до моря сказка, идти около 500.Маргарина на завтрак вволю, со свежестью остального не так хорошо. Море в Кушадасах прекрасное, погода в конце мая – начале июня тоже, выбирайте отель правильно, о Мелике забудьте.

There is no tea maker and of course there is no news of boiling water or tea. The rooms are not soundproof and you can even hear the sneezes of the next room. The pool is unusable and full of dead insects, leaves, and garbage that I put in the pool. The internet is at the speed of a turtle only in the lobby, and most of the time you don't connect, you protest and say there is a problem. Because the water is heated with a solar water heater, there is no hot water in the early morning. The breakfast has no variety and the hotel is full of old Turkish men and women. The only advantage it has is its proximity to Lady Beach and nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms will not be serviced until you request. There is no mention of a double bed, and two single beds are stuck together, and in the middle of falling, the beds slide and separate, and usually Iranians are not given sea view rooms. Because smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, you will breathe in a halo of smoke, especially in the hall and lobby. The safe box has two keys and there is a front desk, so if you need anything, you should look for the desk. If you arrive half an hour early, the room will not be delivered to you. The service of faucets and wash basins is ours as it was fifty years ago. Decide whether it is worth going or not. Actually, there is no hair dryer, and the TV has been placed for a long time, I think it is 14 inches and placed on the table....

Very bad expirience, hotel rooms are demolished, beds are terible, food has been the same every day with very poor chooise. Moschitos rule thiese place cause dors and windows are old and improvised. I bought new bed sheats and pilow cases cause the provoded ones war dirty. No internet connection in room. Close to the beach but thousend problems with hotel.

I came to the hotel with my husband, we were here for 1 week and we loved everything about here! 😍 Hotel has beautiful view, they give us room which seeing the sea, it was perfect to wake up with that view. Tnx for everything we will come again and again

This hotel is next to the one of the most beautiful beaches in turkiyeh Although you shouldn't expect a high quality meals. Of you are in tight budget, I highly recommend you. Many local shop are oit side and accessible. And also, shops fot souvenirs.
