WOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about this hotel, I loved my whole experience, check in is 24 hours and we arrived at 4:30am and was greeted by happy staff who were very welcoming. The pool is warm and open 24/7 it’s on the roof where there is a manned restaurant which is also 24/7 and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. We watched the pyramids at sunrise from the rooftop bar, the photos of the view don’t do it justice. Towels are provided at the pool. Also Hassan provides a great Massage by the pool. It was my sons 30th birthday and all the staff knew and stopped him to wish him a great day. They even made a massive cake and all the staff came and sang happy birthday. Everyone made sure our every wim was catered for. The rooms where massive and exceptionally clean. Its also close to a selection of shops and supermarkets. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel. I can’t wait to go back in January.

It is a recently built hotel, and payment is made at the time of stay. The view is the best, and the hotel itself is very clean. It's all completely new. It is located right next to the ticket office to enter the Giza Pyramids. Many Koreans don't seem to know, but you can take pictures of the three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. Breakfast is not a buffet, but is simply eaten on the terrace. The room is clean, but the view from the room is closed. However, for this price, this level of cleanliness and view is quite reasonable.

Don't be fooled by the dilapidated lobby and the small elevator. The room was very clean, our couple took two children and lived very well. All service staff are very enthusiastic. Similar to domestic hotel-style apartments, the price is close to the people, the supermarket downstairs is very convenient to get some food. You can see the pyramids on the rooftop. It's a bit cold at night during the Chinese New Year, so be sure to bring a windbreaker or a slightly thicker dress. But it's hot during the day. Hygienic: very clean Facilities: Room facilities are average but very clean. The lobby and elevator are too old like scenes in ghost movies. Environment: Really enter the hotel, the view of the rooftop is very good, there will be a power outage. Service: Every waiter is very warm and kind.

300m from sphinx entrance but in the alley so you don't hear and smell street( animals etc.). Great tarace on the 6th floor( higher building then other in neighborhood) so has amazing view on all pyramids and sphinx! WOW. Clean and specious rooms, big bathroom, big water heater with good water pressure in the shower, very good breakfast, comfortable beds in triple room (90 usd per night) queen size ( could sleep two adults easily), no problem to accommodate 4 p. family in triple room. I was in other hotel in neighborhood and it wasn't even close with standard (cheaper couple bucks but...).

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely hotel in Cairo for the night. Originally booking a standard room we decided to upgrade to a room with a view of the pyramids. All I can say is wow, just wow. Absolutely stunning. Apart from the wonderful view, the hotel itself is first class. Clean, tidy and extremely comfortable beds. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival with full concierge service to carry our bags to our room.

The hotel facade is not very good, and the lobby is similar to that of three-star hotels in China. I was waiting for check-in for more than an hour because the hotel did not receive a confirmation number. However, when I walked through the lobby, I found a different world. This resort is really big, with a very beautiful environment and a refreshing feeling. The only problem is that the room facilities are relatively old.

This Hyatt is the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. The hardware facilities are still good because it is newly built. After negotiating with Ctrip, the quilt was delivered late at night. It was just a quilt. The quilt was a quilt and the jacket was a jacket. If you want to use it, you have to do it yourself. After showering, there would be so much water spilling out that I almost slipped! Because it is not a standard room, the shower they provide allows guests to take a shower in the bathtub, and the water flows outside to the floor. I have to praise Ctrip's service here. It's really good. If there are any problems, they can actively negotiate and resolve them. I have used Booking and agoda when traveling abroad before. But when encountering problems, Ctrip is the one who can seriously solve them. There are many varieties of breakfast, but it doesn't feel delicious. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, but I feel that the taste is better than that in China. The waiter at the front desk is really not very patient with Chinese people. I speak Arabic English with a strong accent and very fast.

I had recommended this hotel before, and this time my colleague traveled to help her book this, and she did not let her down. The environment is quiet, the hotel staff is warm and welcoming, the hotel is fully equipped, the rooms are large and clean, not far from the pyramid. recommend
