The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.

Good value for money. Excellent location. Good service. The cleaner folds towels in different ways every day, including crocodiles and koalas. Probably because our luggage filled up the bedside table, they moved a small table to the room the next day. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is still clean. I recommend it. The breakfast is just enough for the price.

If you want to stay in a good location with magnificent view of the pyramids this hotel is your best affordable option.. very clean, staff are very attentive and helpful especially Mahmoud from the reception, and the view is mind blowing. This hotel is facing the new Grand Egyptian Museum which is not fully opened yet, but the visit is highly recommended. Rooms are big and spacious although a bit dated

I highly recommend this hotel! (I regret not taking many photos of the hotel interior) I was just going to stay there for one night, after all, the price was only over 200 yuan. After checking in, I found that the price-performance ratio was super high! It is close to the pyramids, and it only takes about 10 minutes for us to walk there. The service attitude is very, very good. Drinks are served when checking in. Someone helps with luggage. The room is also very clean and new, and the furniture is good. It is rare in Egypt to provide toothbrushes and slippers! Sheraton in Alexandria did not provide them before. The toilet is relatively spacious. The front desk is very good! We took a long-distance bus to negotiate the price with the driver. The driver did not speak English. The front desk was very enthusiastic to help us translate. After getting on the bus, she left her contact information to the driver and told us that if we needed it, we could call her for help. In short, it was a very satisfactory and unexpected experience! Although there are still some shortcomings, they are not important. The price is really cheap! The price-performance ratio is amazing! Highly recommended, friends, don't hesitate to rush in.

Lovely staff who saw to all my needs and paid attention to detail. The location is quite far from the airport but obviously close to the pyramids. I did book the Nile river cruise through the hotel and the driver was quite weird. He stayed with us on the table and it was quite an invasion of our privacy. The hotel will probably call and say they have a free gift offered I.e driving to different stations like the papyrus paper shop and oil store, it’s information but a little waste of time.

Facilities: The rooms are old, 3-4 star business grade Environment: I went there for the pyramids but ended up encountering an event setup, very disappointed The food was very bad, the worst meal of the whole trip to Egypt

When I was in Egypt, I stayed for consecutive nights It was a pyramid-viewed room with a superb view from the window and it was very nice But I didn't like the fact that the hardness of the bed creaked easily

The owner was very kind. The rooms were also very clean and I would love to stay at this hotel again. I would highly recommend this hotel to Japanese people.
