Location is great! Room is nice and tidy. Check-in is easy after calling the customer service through the iPad.

The location is superb, room was clean, spacious and with a nice balcony. The room provided all you need on a leisure trip. The only downside was it was super complicated and time consuming to contact the hostel for entrance pin, check-in procedure and check-in number. We asked the front desk receptionist of our previous hotel to call the hostel number stated on trip.com booking confirmation email in morning, but no one picked up; called again at 3pm, and the hostel hotline said the number was wrong and referred us to call another number. If we did not have the assistance from a Japanese local receptionist from another hotel, I dont think we could get the entrance pin and check-in procedure information smoothly. I recommend this hostel to Japanese local, or tourists with a Japanese mobile number to make calls/able to find assistance from Japanese local people.

Large room, clean, cosy, very convenient location. Just next to Bus terminal to airport. I would recommend this service apartment

Room was a decent size, fully equipped with washing machine, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave. Very clean. Unfortunately I did not receive the email with the entry code for the main entrance. That resulted in my waiting outside in the cold for almost an hour before getting the code through Trip.com customer service, before I could enter the building and into my room. Also, Staytus only has a phone number to call for emergencies - it would be helpful to have at least an email alternative also, since foreigners may not have a mobile phone that can make calls in Japan.

This was my second time staying here, and just like last time, I called and then verbally provided my reservation information, and finally received an email before check-in. If you don't receive an email, I recommend calling 050-5539-2234 and asking them to send you an email.

It's a serviced apartment, and the room was spacious and there was plenty of tableware, which was convenient. Above all, it's close to the central station and bus center. There are many parking lots nearby, and it's easy to find cheap ones. Check-in and check-out can be completed using a tablet. The entrance lock, room number, PIN code, etc. are supposed to be sent to you by email in advance, but in my case, I didn't receive it, so it took a while to deal with the check-in process.

I was surprised that everything was there!

I made a reservation through Trip.com, but when I made the reservation, I received an e-mail stating, "By the afternoon of the day before check-in, I will send you an e-mail regarding [PIN code for the building entrance] and [Check-in procedure]." I didn't receive an email with the information necessary for the inn on the day (it wasn't even in the spam box), and I was very troubled because I couldn't enter the building on the day. I happened to meet a guest at the entrance, and he gave me the PIN number to enter the building. However, I couldn't check in because I didn't receive a check-in ID and I didn't know it. As for the rooms, they are new but surprisingly poorly cleaned. It was full of dust. The ventilation fan was left open, so volcanic ash was accumulated on the bed, which was the worst. The refrigerator and range were black and the dust on them was very noticeable and filthy. Also, I was supposed to be able to cook for myself, but there was no rice cooker. Anyway, the toilet, the floor, everything was not cleaned, and when I used the washing machine, my clothes got dusty. I do not recommend it.

位置非常好對面是空港旅遊巴士，附近多商場和食肆，全幢8層，清潔衛生，喜歡有洗衣機及乾衣功能，有浴室寶抽乾衣服，下次會再入住，缺點是入住當日才有大厦入口和房間密碼。

check in 3pm和 check out 10am 時間較早，check in and out都是自助的，但check in 比較複習，要用酒店lobby 內的ipad打視像電話拎booking ID 再用ipad自助填資料拎房間passcode，如果check in前有email 前先提供教學會好些。 房間幾大有齊電器，煮食，洗衣機，樓下已經有停車場，對面就是機場巴士站，行過些就是JR,電車和巴士站非常方便，價錢也很便宜，推薦

本人第一次選擇預定這類自助式入住酒店，到了後不知如何入住，聯絡Trip客服，説入住前三人應該收到電郵信息，本人翻查電郵完全沒有收過任何入住信息，隨後客服幇我聯絡酒店，前後大約半小時左右才聯絡上，連做入住了手續花了1個多小時，一次不什愉快的入住經歷，還好的是 Trip客服都盡力幫忙。
