My recent one-night stay at Manxin hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

I was originally meant to stay at this hotel for just 2 nights before heading to Zhengzhou, but then Henan was hit by flooding. The hotel allowed me to extend my stay and keep the same room. The hotel receptionists were fantastic, answered all my questions and helped me a lot, despite the language barrier. They even helped me get to a nearby hospital when I was injured. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and the room facilities were reasonably laid out. The most important thing to put forward was that the bed was very comfortable to sleep, clean and hygienic. After staying at night, it was convenient to eat around.
