If you are going to stay in Kaifeng, stay here! This was one of our best hotel experiences in China. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was fantastic, and we got a great night’s sleep. We weren’t able to turn off the heat, but that might have been our issue. Also didn’t see any room service options, but again, that might have been our lack of mandarin. We will definitely stay here again!

I came to Kaifeng, Henan for a self-driving tour during the Spring Festival. I booked 2 rooms here and stayed for two nights. The hotel is located outside the city wall of the old city. Opposite is the Songcheng of Bianliang, which is convenient for eating! The hotel has a large ground parking lot🅿️. The hotel service is good and humane. The facilities are OK, but after all, they are a bit old. Compared with the price, it is cost-effective. The hotel's breakfast is good and rich. But there are many people during the New Year, and it is a bit crowded.

I chose to stay at New Century Grand Hotel for 3 nights when I came to Kaifeng for tourism. It was very comfortable and satisfying. The beautiful waitress at the front desk was very friendly and upgraded me to a deluxe king-size bed room on a high floor for free. The room is large, spacious and bright. It has a balcony with tables and chairs, and it is very pleasant to sit and enjoy the view. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the wet and dry areas are separated. The bedding and bed linen are clean and comfortable. The cleaning work is done well. A fruit plate is delivered every day, and a good night dessert is also delivered on the third night: Tremella, red dates, and snow pear soup, which is very considerate and warm. Thumbs up! The breakfast is rich and distinctive. You can eat a lot of Kaifeng traditional food: spicy soup, chicken blood soup, steamed buns, fried jelly, mutton soup, etc. The male and female waiters are very diligent, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, good dishes, good service, and affordable prices. The hotel is in a superior location and convenient for travel. It is not far from the Qingming Shanghe Park, Kaifeng Mansion, Bao Gong Temple and other attractions. When checking out, I was given a souvenir bottle of red wine, which was a surprise! Thank you! New Century Grand Hotel is the first choice when you come to Kaifeng!

The hotel is very high-end and upscale. The aroma is wafting when you enter the door. The receptionist is also very patient. The only fly in the ointment is that the water has a bit of a smell, and the shower nozzle is not so good, and it is a bit rusty, but it doesn't affect it. Many things are Smart, very satisfied, if you come to Kaifeng next time, you will come here again, and the price is very favorable

Environment: The park is very large, with a lot of green plants. The temperature dropped during the days we went there, so there were no mosquitoes and the air was fresh and cool. Facilities: After all, it has been built for a long time, and some facilities are a bit old, such as the curtain switch is not particularly sensitive, etc., but generally speaking, the maintenance is OK, and there are all the necessary conversion plugs. Service: The service of the concierge, front desk and guest room is very good, warm and thoughtful. The park has specially prepared a scooter for guests, which can take us to various doors of the hotel. It is very convenient to walk 1 km out of the park to Wansui Mountain and Qingming Shanghe Park. The breakfast is very rich, but there is a little brother with glasses who is responsible for frying eggs. Maybe because I and another little sister talked to him before and after, he felt a little distracted. He took the tableware I took and served porridge to the little sister. The little sister wanted to remind him, and he cutely asked if he wanted a second bowl. As a result, the little sister and I were embarrassed on the spot. Later, the little sister gave me the useless bowl to resolve it. The key is that there were only two people in front of the little brother at that time. Everything is good. Next time I come to Kaifeng, I will choose Pullman.

環境和設施：非常乾淨衞生。套房相當不錯，兩居室，都有洗手間，非常方便。兩張雙人大床，特別舒服，比家裡的床還舒服。洗漱用品齊全。電視都是聲控的。 服務：態度特別特別好。我們提前到了，也沒有讓我們等待。還幫我們升級了套房。走廊裏遇到打掃的阿姨也和我們問好。找不到餐廳也有工作人員指引。感覺到温馨舒服。 位置：想去清明上河園玩的，推薦住這裏，好近。門口是十字路口，過馬路就到了。直接到公園的端門。導航直接就過來，門口和地下都有停車場，十分方便。 餐飲：早餐十分豐盛，各種炒菜好多種。中式西式點心麪包，牛奶咖啡豆漿。 一直對維也納國際酒店印象很好。去其他城市也住過，對早餐印象深刻，這次入住開封體驗也非常好。父母對住宿衞生很在意，都是非常滿意的。

The hotel service is particularly good. Since I went there by train, I arrived at the hotel at around 6 o'clock in the morning. I thought I would not be able to get a room until noon. Unexpectedly, Mr. Li at the front desk saw that I brought the elderly with me and immediately arranged a room for me and upgraded it. I am particularly grateful🙏The hotel cleaning aunt, the room cleaning aunt, and the front desk service are all very, very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Water is also provided every day. When I left, I didn't want the bath towel I brought with me, but I forgot to tell the front desk, and the front desk even called me specially. The bedding is comfortable and the quality of the toiletries is also good. In short, everything is good. My mother said that the breakfast is also delicious👍I highly recommend this hotel when I come to Kaifeng. Oh, by the way, the transportation is also very convenient. The hotel's aromatherapy smells very good. I took a photo and prepared to go back to Taobao to buy it; it is worthy of being listed as a quasi-four-star hotel, genuine goods and fair prices👍

My husband and I took our wheelchair-bound mother to Kaifeng for a trip and stayed in this hotel for six days. Before we set off, we received a call from the hotel, saying that they had reserved a room for us. What touched me most was that it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The proprietress and the front desk waiter had been waiting for us. When they saw us get off the car, the proprietress and the girls at the front desk enthusiastically arranged and helped with the luggage. At the same time, a cup of hot tea was handed to us. Drinking a cup of hot tea and listening to the wonderful Henan accent made us feel warm in our hearts! The front desk quickly checked in, and soon we said goodnight! The hotel's breakfast was a familiar home-cooked meal, with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, fried dough sticks, buns, flower rolls, jujube cakes, steamed dumplings, eggs, fried noodles, a few stir-fried vegetables, a few cold dishes, wontons, milk, soy milk, and coffee. It was very comfortable to eat. The hotel room is fully equipped with a single bed and a double bed, which is just right for the three of us to sleep. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are sunny, and we sit in front of the window to drink tea, watching the busy streets with people coming and going, and experiencing the fireworks of the ancient capital of Kaifeng. The hotel staff is very good. If you have any needs, they are solved immediately with just a phone call. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant or room cleaning, the service staff always greets you with a smile and provides warm service, making us feel at home and as touched as if we had met family.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a total of 7 nights during this trip: 2 nights at Kaifeng Dichen, 2 nights at Luoyang Kaiyuan, 2 nights at Xi'an Bell Tower, and 1 night at Zhengzhou Longzi Lake. I feel that the price/performance ratio is very good, especially the location where land is at a premium. I bought a special coupon at the Xi'an Bell Tower store for only 300 yuan a night. Each store provides free breakfast for children. My baby is over 160cm tall. The Luoyang and Zhengzhou stores also upgraded to a 35-square-meter room. The facilities in the Kaifeng store are very new, the breakfast is rich, and the haggis soup is particularly delicious. It feels good to stay here, like it 👍

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.
