The front desk upgraded the room, the service attitude was particularly good, and the hotel environment was clean and hygienic. The breakfast is also rich, the location is very close to the Qingming Shanghe Garden, it is very convenient to bring children to play and live.

Fantastic location near night Market and temple. Night view room is worth it (overlooking drum tower). Room was clean and had great features. Ac and light controls were in english, helpful for me. Check in and check out we're a bit messy/hectic since there was no visible way to queue and people rushed the desk. Staff were helping multiple guests at same time taking IDs from anyone that offered. Also when we asked staff how far train station was they neglected to tell us there were two train stations. Fortunately, our didi driver clarified.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

My husband and I took our wheelchair-bound mother to Kaifeng for a trip and stayed in this hotel for six days. Before we set off, we received a call from the hotel, saying that they had reserved a room for us. What touched me most was that it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The proprietress and the front desk waiter had been waiting for us. When they saw us get off the car, the proprietress and the girls at the front desk enthusiastically arranged and helped with the luggage. At the same time, a cup of hot tea was handed to us. Drinking a cup of hot tea and listening to the wonderful Henan accent made us feel warm in our hearts! The front desk quickly checked in, and soon we said goodnight! The hotel's breakfast was a familiar home-cooked meal, with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, fried dough sticks, buns, flower rolls, jujube cakes, steamed dumplings, eggs, fried noodles, a few stir-fried vegetables, a few cold dishes, wontons, milk, soy milk, and coffee. It was very comfortable to eat. The hotel room is fully equipped with a single bed and a double bed, which is just right for the three of us to sleep. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are sunny, and we sit in front of the window to drink tea, watching the busy streets with people coming and going, and experiencing the fireworks of the ancient capital of Kaifeng. The hotel staff is very good. If you have any needs, they are solved immediately with just a phone call. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant or room cleaning, the service staff always greets you with a smile and provides warm service, making us feel at home and as touched as if we had met family.

It saves space without losing ingenuity. If you are worried that the bathtub is not clean, you can call the front desk at any time to ask for cleaning. The room also has a small courtyard where you can watch the sunset. Facilities: The teapot set and ice bucket design in the room are the most favorite and very delicate. The nightgown is close-fitting and comfortable. Service: The concierge provides shuttle buses, pick-up and drop-off stations, and chartered cars (4 or 8 hours). This is a great help, after all, it is very difficult to get a taxi during the National Day holiday, and parking is also not easy. Unfortunately, because there were too many people on the holiday, the concierge could not lead us to visit various places in the hotel, so we only saw the tip of the iceberg of the hotel landscape. Environment: The accommodation building and the front desk building are separated, and only connected by a small bridge on the first floor, which requires passing through two partition doors. The room 1127 we stayed in was close to the partition door. When we fell asleep at night, we could still hear the movement of the partition door opening and closing and the noisy voices in the corridor. The sound insulation of the room needs to be improved.

It's a great hotel. There is a bus directly to the door from Kaifeng North Station. Although the location is in an alley, there is a square opposite, so you don't have to worry about coming back late and running out of food. The hotel room is also very clean, especially Manager Xu’s service attitude is very good. The hotel waiters will not show any black faces at all. You can also use points to exchange for breakfast coupons on Ctrip, which is really great! When I came to Kaifeng this time, I felt that this city is quite good. The actors at Long Live Mountain, Qingming Riverside Garden and the City Wall were all very dedicated, the shows were also very good to watch, and the people in Kaifeng were also very enthusiastic. It is a place worth recommending.

I had a very nice 4 nights stay in the hotel. The position is not central in the city but it’s very well connected with bus transports and it’s easy to get to the center quickly. At the hoteI was always able to find some personnel that could speak English, which is very important to me, being a foreigner. The room, including the bathroom, was always clean, the furniture nice, the food good, I especially appreciated the breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and not. I didn’t take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer because of lack of time since I came to attend a conference, but I’m over all very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel service is particularly good. Since I went there by train, I arrived at the hotel at around 6 o'clock in the morning. I thought I would not be able to get a room until noon. Unexpectedly, Mr. Li at the front desk saw that I brought the elderly with me and immediately arranged a room for me and upgraded it. I am particularly grateful🙏The hotel cleaning aunt, the room cleaning aunt, and the front desk service are all very, very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Water is also provided every day. When I left, I didn't want the bath towel I brought with me, but I forgot to tell the front desk, and the front desk even called me specially. The bedding is comfortable and the quality of the toiletries is also good. In short, everything is good. My mother said that the breakfast is also delicious👍I highly recommend this hotel when I come to Kaifeng. Oh, by the way, the transportation is also very convenient. The hotel's aromatherapy smells very good. I took a photo and prepared to go back to Taobao to buy it; it is worthy of being listed as a quasi-four-star hotel, genuine goods and fair prices👍
